Mole utilities did not live up to their own expectations.

It’s taken me some time to write this review after suffering with PTSD, due to the involvement with this company and another company. Resulting In very similar circumstances. We contacted mole utilities to help in fixing some terrible drainage work we had done on a very large scale, several years ago. There were leaks, spewing water up into the garden . After some initial exchange of smooching emails from a lady called Michelle Rennix and reading up on the reviews, we agreed on a site survey with an engineer to take place at our property. At the cost of £1854.00, steep yes. After reading up on their company I presumed they’d be turning up with the very best engineers and equipment needed. The engineers ( Steve? ) arrived , he used a shovel , dug an hole for about an hour. His side kick stood and watched. Eventually after me sifting out some old photos and paper work I found the problem for them after some serious head scratching from them. They assured me this could be fixed, they would be back very soon as they left a hole in the middle of my drive 2 foot wide , 2 foot deep. Although they did use a cover, I presumed they’d be back the next day, To finish off there survey. As this drainage spanned 700 yards, there was a lot to investigate. After some chasing I was told a plan would be drawn up , I was given my final invoice of £950 as we’d already paid a deposit. We made our final payment immediately on the promise they would be back , after some lengthy chasing of emails to Michelle to be then fobbed off to there contractor who conveniently ignored my calls. This went on for months. I realised I’d been completely ripped off. I should have realised £1800.00 to dig an hole with a shovel for an hours work , beggars belief. Of course I was sucked in by there charm of promises , I’m absolutely sickened. I hired MOLEutilities to help with a drainage problem and all I got sent was a couple of cowboys who was happy to take a payment of £1800.00 for an hours work . This money was received from a severely disabled customer ( my husband ) he was hoping to get his dream garden, but we were taken advantage of. My husband as severe brain damage resulting from an RTA. I’ve suffered so much anxiety , we allowed these people into our homes, we are out of pocket and still look at the disgusting dangerous gaping hole today. Im too traumatised and distrusting of anyone to ever come near our home again to fix it. A very painful lesson learned.
