From Bad to Worse!!!! Honestly, the order arrived after 3+ weeks and what I recieved was nothing like what I ordered - basically they sent me jacket but it was blue (bright blue) haha I ordered cream!! I decided to return because it was a £150 order... 8 months later the parcel has just arrived on my doorstep having never made it out of customs and im now deeper out of pocket. Just avoid to save yourself a headache and get better quality stuff elsewhere. The fact they have a visible location pin to Manchester on the front page of their website is a joke... Avoid!!! Have tried to email them but mysteriously their emails no longer work!!!!

Terrible. Trench coat I bought was shiny and poor quality, bag was not as per the the picture. Delivery was late. I tried to return which meant paying £35 to ship back to China but the company couldn’t provide me with adequate info for the parcel to pass customs and so I lost the items and the money. No response from them when I tried to complain.

Do not buy from here!! I ordered the olive trench coat believing that it was on sale from £118. When it arrived it was thin, shiny like a costume and a gross muddy brown. I tried to send it back in November 2024, it said it was being held at customs for ages and now turns out in March 2025 it got lost in transit. I have asked Molly and Grace for the original partial refund back to me and they haven't responded

The items are horrifically different to what is on the website. I have emailed regarding this matter and the fact that half my order has not turned up. They have now blocked my email so the messages I send are bouncing back. I will now be seeking legal action as they have stollen my money.

Product was really poor quality and then its been awful service - if you want to return, you will have to do so at your own expense and to China. Sent a return in October 2024, tracking is showing as delivered and still yet to receive my refund and it's now February 2025.

If I could give this a 0 star I would. Do NOT purchase from this company. The delivery took 5 weeks to arrive but when it did, the quality was AWFUL.I purchased a £60 coat and it came as thin as paper. After them trying to HAGGLE through email, and finally receiving the return address, it came to light that they were based in China! Which meant the return cost me £25+. I returned the garment but they’re refusing to give a refund!!!! I’ve just lost £85 in total because of this.

This is honestly the worst place I have shopped from. The coat is completely opposite to what was described!! Cost me more to ship it back than what they can offer me on a refund. Please save your money and don't get caught out like I was :(

Please please please do not buy from here!! Targeted add on IG using a picture of an influencer I follow got me, coat arrived and it’s literally like a costume coat completely unwearable and complete con, can’t believe there is people out there that do this willingly to people…. So sad waste of £56 😭😭 please learn from all our mistakes and do not order!!!

Do not buy from this company - they are a scam! I ordered the Ella coat, which looked nothing like it does in the photos. The photos are clearly a catfish and lifted from other sites/influencers - in real life, the coat is very thin with a horrible shiny material and the checked lining is not even the same colour as their photos. It doesn't even have a brand label and some of the threads inside were missing.
It also took almost a month to arrive as it was being sent from China - the website says the company are based in Manchester! To return anything, you have to send it back to China which comes at significant cost.

Do not order from here! I am being refused a refund for a coat that arrived in awful condition & is very much falsely advertised on the website. If I am to return, I must fork out the return fee to China! They are advertised as a company in Manchester & I would have not bought from them if I knew the product was coming from China. Plus the return must arrive back with them in 30 days from date of purchase for any sort of refund even though the item takes 3 weeks to arrive…impossible! Customer service were quick to respond but poorly answered any questions I asked them & fully avoided any questions that are likely to shine a light on their scam like trading. This is not a reputable company, any decent company would fully refund a defective product and cover the postage. I have reported them to trading standards, please do the same if you have had the same experience

Do not buy from this website. I bought what looked like a gorgeous brown wool coat via an Instagram ad. The business looks as if it’s Manchester based but they are just posting items directly from China. It took a month to arrive and when it did the item is laughable. They are clearly using photos of completely different items as the colour, fabric and length is nothing like the photo. Customer service was responsive but basically refused to allow me to return it to a UK address meaning I’d have to pay to return it to China! After a lot of back and forth they agreed to refund me 30% and keep the coat. Absolutely scam avoid!!

Shocking product, you have to pay the return fees to China on a £70 coat. I sent it back a month ago and still no refund.

Honestly such a scam, they should be shut down.

I'm so annoyed I didn't check Trustpilot before purchasing. I thought it would be legit as the prices are pretty expensive. Was influenced by a post on IG of a dark brown coat that looked gorgeous on the picture but when it arrived, it's not even remotely the same coat, fit or material.

It took a month for it to be delivered as they ship from China. To be fair to the customer service, they were really responsive; but when I messaged to say I wanted to cancel my order due to being concerned about the reviews on here, I was told they were all left by competitors and not to worry. I've seen that to return items you have to cover shipping costs back to China (which are spenny!). Such a waste of money and the coat is in the bin because it's just unwearable - such a waste. Please save your money and landfill buy never buying from here!

Bought jacket from site, £50 knock off of £300 sezanne jacket. Took 3 weeks to arrive, material was cheap and nasty- looked different to site pictures and had a nasty sheen to it, threads loose on jacket lining. Sent pictures and videos to customer services due to faulty produce with loose threads but I had to pay for the product to be returned to china despite it being faulty- would never order again.

Items are awful.
Complete false advertising- pictures are not of the items and the actual items that come are awful quality for the money you pay. False trust pilot reviews used on their website and return policy hidden in tiny print - return to China- you pay shipping costs!!

Awful customer service. I ordered two items, neither of which reflect the quality, description or pictures on the website. They also took well over a month to arrive. Returns policy is a nightmare - you have to pay to send the items back to China or they offer 30% refund. Please don’t make the mistake I did!

If I could give no stars I would. The item I received is not even vaguely adjacent to what’s pictured on the website and after some searching I’ve found that they have actually used (I assume stolen) influencer photos of the legit item that is by another brand. I’m now fighting with them to cover the postage for my return to CHINA of all places, despite the fact that under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 they are obliged to pay for the return, as the goods they have sent me do not match the description of what I ordered. They keep offering me a pathetic % off something else, like I’d ever consider ordering from them again. Basically save your money and dont under any circumstances order from here, if Molly and Grace do actually exist as the marketing claims (unlikely) then they need to take a long hard look at themselves.

Clothes that arrived aren’t even a shadow of what is pictured, you think you’re buying a cotton jacket for the higher price you pay and a piece of plastic has arrived, well over 3 weeks after ordering. A total waste of money and time, and now will have a battle returning it to China, which I am also expected to pay for…

Can not even give one star my order arrived nothing like website i ordered coat took weeks to arrive absolutely shocking material wanted to bin straight away avoid at all costs
