I stupidly ordered twice and when the company didn't send me appropriate updates I decided to look at the reviews which are all terrible!

This appears to be a company who falsely claim they are a small business in London. Their marketing is professional and clothes look top quality but with really low prices. How stupid was I not to check the reviews first before I spent £150.

I've contacted them and asked for a refund knowing that the goods haven't been shipped yet after 2 weeks and they've responded saying I cant apply for one until the goods have been delivered. From the reviews im expecting low quality products and difficulty in getting a refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY HAVE A FAKE PROFILE AND MARKETING AND NEED TO BE CLOSED DOWN, RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!

Stay well away from this company seems like its fraud company. Not received my item nor got a refund. Off to the bank to claim

Ordered a vintage Icelandic jumper and received a cheap t-shirt type garment which is nothing like what was advertised on their site.. Currently trying to get refund

Actually I would not give any stars. Received a cream jacket which is poor quality and doesn’t look as nice as the picture which was advertised on Facebook Cheap material. When I emailed requesting a return, they expect you to complete a 60 question form! When you try and reply, you cannot edit the form to reply. They have my details so should be able to populate a Returns form like any other company would without a 60 question demand. Refund looks unlikely so I may have to take alternative action. Avoid! Website looks glamorous but items not so

Ordered & paid in full for a ‘mother daughter infinity bracelet ‘in Nov ..
have had no confimation & no goods !! …have emailed them 4 times now with only ONE REPLY … which has not resolved the issue … have asked for full refund .., & …..,, yep .. NO REPLY
THIS COMPANY IS A SHAMBLES .., avoid at all cost .., still waiting for delivery of my goods .., they take your money but don’t deliver !!!!! & as a pensioner I can ill afford to loose money like this 😡😡

Received my "suede" boots eventually. Not suede, not even a good quality substitute. Cheap fabric, badly made, not worth sending back but buyer beware - a complete scam...

Ordered some earrings from them. Didn't dispatch for weeks. When eventually arrived they were completely destroyed and when asked for a refund I was ignored and told if I pay for postage they will send me more. Absolutely disgusting company.

Scam! Don’t order here! This is cheap rubbish dispatched from China, so returning the disappointing items would be very time consuming, difficult and pricey! Lesson learned to look at independent reviews first and not to trust the ‚reviews‘ on the website of the seller!

Just received a cat sculpture that I ordered....it is nothing like how it looks in the picture, instead I received a cheap plastic version of what looked like a nice sculpture in the picture.
Please avoid this company at all cost. Disappointed is an understatement 😡

Received my jacket, although it looked way to big it also looked like plastic with a bad smell. Cheap and nasty ! They make it so difficult to return , first 20 questions to copy and paste, then after I did that another 60 questions inc a photo of me unwrapping jacket. Would not recommend anyone to buy from this company. Very very bad jacket and bad customer service !!!!!!!!

DO NOT ORDER from this ‘Company’ they are not based in London UK . The quality is appalling as is the colour. I wish I hadn’t believed the website!! The 50 question form you have to fill in for returns is obviously only to put you off bothering to pursue your return. I know ordering on line is a gamble but this website is an absolute sham. I am more disgusted that they get away with it!!! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNT MONEY ON THIS RUBBISH

Do not buy from this company, it is cheap Chinese rubbish. I ordered a dress, first receiving a message to say my item was delayed and they were checking quality control ( LIES) shipped from china, no labels no tags in cheap plastic bag. Nothing like the dress I ordered. Contacted them to return it and they sent me a questionnaire with over 50 questions that I am supposed to answer before they consider my return- looks like that will then be to china 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️. I will pursue them through Shopify and my bank. Waste of money.

Say they are based in London and they dont do refunds on sale items. Items actually come from China and they always have a sale on. They'll offer 20% refund or make you send it back to China for a full refund at a cost of £35 to £60, which i doubt would be received. Goods are shoddy. Avoid at all costs.

My partner bought me a "Necklace with dog pendant" from Molly & Moon which detailed it as being "Unique design symbolising the love for your dog, Made of durable stainless steel with silver and gold finish,
A meaningful gift for every dog lover". Being described as durable is so hysterical that I would cry laughing if I wasn't crying with grief over the recent loss of my dog. I wore this for a week and the 'gold dog' has gone black already. Despite complaining and requesting a refund, they have totally dismissed me. UK law requires an item to be "of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and last a reasonable length of time" which is a LOT longer than a week. This company is outrageously bad - do not touch them with a barge pole. I can't find one good review about them. Pity my partner didn't look at the reviews before he wasted £24.95. I have reported them to Gov.UK, Trading Standards, Martin Lewis, the Financial Ombudsman, the Advertising Standards Authority, Which, the Ombudsman Association, Consumer Centre UK, Citizens Advice and Facebook - and that's just for starters! STEER WELL CLEAR

I have received my jacket but it took more than 2 weeks. I should have checked before ordering as I now have to send it back to China at my expense as it doesn’t fit.

Just received the ‘leather’ jacket. As others have said, the quality is extremely poor. The material is cheap plastic which smells bad. I have contacted them for a refund which looks unlikely but will then pursue a claim through my bank which I’m hoping will be successful. Lesson learnt!!

UPDATE - I’ve requested a chargeback from my bank and they have temporarily credited my account with the amount I paid to this company until they investigate. Hopefully my complaint will be upheld!

Ordered and was very excited to receive my first order. Excitement turned to disappointment. The parcel has not arrived in spite of notification it was picked up by the courier over a week ago. Sent three emails to Molly and moon asking what’s happening. Absolute silence. Impossible to speak to anyone!! Suggest you avoid.

Still waiting for my bag. Had various emails - quality check a few times, it’s a bag - what’s to keep checking!!!! Ready for despatch - twice - still nothing. Don’t waste your money!

Ordered 2 items. One was originally £175 reduced by 74%, and the other was originally £130 with 69% off. I was expecting good quality but, sadly it was extremely poor. As they have a 30 day guaranteed refund policy, I requested a refund on one of the items. I was told I could keep the item, even though it didn’t fit, so totally no good to me, and would have to pay £10 to receive a bigger size. The quality is so poor that I wouldn’t even want a different size. When I replied to them, they sent me an extremely long form to complete in order that they could determine whether my request meets their return and refund conditions. So ridiculous, and I will not be purchasing from this company ever again. I wish I’d have read their poor company reviews first.
