I order from mollyca 2 months ago, I paid 80€. I never got my jacket and I never got my money back

I haven’t received mine yet but I wish I would have read all the reviews before I did!! If this is what happens every single
Time somebody orders from them then why do these sites (Pinterest) still allow them to advertise? Why does this continue to happen and nothing done about it? I can promise you that I’d i get mine and they aren’t what I paid for, I will contact them and if no response call bank and file complaint to have money returned. I really hope what I ordered is true to what they showed.

Product is inferior and does not look like the pictures. I ordered boots. They are so cheaply made it is unbelievable. When you put the shoes on there is a cloth over the sole on the inside but you can feel the hollows beneath, there is no padding, no arch support. The sole smells like tires and the upper part is vinyl or some other man-made material and smells like it. i ordered Wides, but they are B widths at most. It took more than a month to get them. Very, very disappointed. I will never again order anything from Mollyca. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THE SHOES WERE WRAPPED IN ONE LAYER OF BUBBLE WRAP AND ARE SHIPPED DIRECTLY FROM CHINA IN A THIN PLASTIC SHIPPING BAG. They don't plan on you returning them, because there is no info in the bag to tell you who to contact or how to return them. They've got your money and plan to keep it. It would be funny if it wasn't so sad.

I ordered 2 cashmere sweaters from their website in Oct. They sent 2 flammable cheap polyester tops that looked like photos from their website. I can tell the difference between cashmere and polyester. MANY emails complaining and they would not send return address. Late Nov. they finally sent address but said it would be expensive and wouldn't get it anyway. Could I give it to a friend or resell it? SERIOUSLY!!! They owe me $63 for something I did not get. Then they offer 20 or 30% of my order. They don't carry anything but pics on website so when they get an order they come up with a cheap copy from the pics on their website. They are thieves and liars and only get away with this fraud because they are in China. Now I know to check reviews first. Do not ever order anything from them!!!

This company is using pictures of Freebird by Steven's merchandise to sell their boots. I received my boots about a month after purchasing and they looked absolutely nothing like what I ordered. Very cheap material and nothing like the picture advertising them. They have no phone number so that you can actually speak to anyone about your order. All they have is e-mail which takes them at least two weeks to reply back to you. I wanted to return the boots but they only offered me $17 back from the price of $59 that I paid for them. They said it would be very expensive to send back since they are in CHINA. And that my folks is how they get you. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

The boots I ordered from this crooked company didn’t look anything like the picture advertised! It took two months to finally be delivered. This should be against the law! I will never order from them again or anything online from Korea, China. Or wherever they came from. Obviously I didn’t get my money back or an exchange because it was past the 30 days exchange policy. Because it took two months to get here. They are the ugliest boots I’ve ever seen and I wish I could put a picture in here to show you. This company shouldn’t be in business something should be done!!!!

I would prefer to give NO stars to this terrible company. I ordered boots which were not cheap, they have arrived and despite saying size 40, they are smaller. I have had NO paperwork, making returns easy. I will now have to give them away or throw them away, as they are useless. I will NEVER buy from them again and hope that no one else blindly orders and suffers the same fate as me. I wish I had read reviews before I ordered. They are appalling! my experience is an all too common one!

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes. Took forever to receive them. Items not as pictured and one pair claiming to be suede leather was faux fabric. When i put in a claim thru PayPal Mollica finally responded to my emails and gave me a return address. I mailed shoes back almost a month ago and have not yet received a refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY!

All reviews I have read are exactly what would write. The website selling same items now is Lalasgal.com. Unacceptable. I should have done more research.

I would not even give them ONE single star. I wish I read the reviews on this company before purchasing. As like many reviews I've read (after the fact) I experienced the same disappointments. It took almost a month to receive my boots. It arrived in a thin plastic covering bubble wrap. Something you would see coming from a third world country! As soon as I saw I realized I made a HUGE mistake. The boots were unbelievable cheap, nothing like the picture online. When I tried to request a return online there was no response and there is no phone number to talk to a person. And then after I read about one person's experience returning the package it cost them more than the product itself.

I don’t even no where to start, except to say Do Not Order From Mollyca. It took about 3weeks to Receive my shoes. They were horrible, nothing that looked like what I ordered. When I tried to send them back, with several emails, I got nothing. Impossible to return the item, she totally ignored my messages. I still can’t get over how she could treat her customers like this. I lost $60.00.
These shoes came right from China, the ink dye smelled horribly strong and the structure of the shoe was made extremely poor. I’m still shocked! Never again will I trust these sites to order anything!

* Hours after this review, Mollyca sent me a message stating that they can give me 15% discount or I can send it back to China at my expense. I found out that it will cost me approximately $30 to return.

1month later:
With several attemp in getting a refund, I settled for a 25% discount refund. Never ever again will I order from Pinterest website, this is where I ordered from Mollyca.

Same as everyone else - except my order never arrived, period. I received an email next day saying my order had been shipped out. 5 weeks later, still nothing. I've emailed them 3 times with no response. I finally contacted my bank and they are going to pursue the matter on my behalf.

I ordered a pair of wedges, normally you receive a shipping email a day or two after ordering. It took 12 days to receive a email that my order had shipped only because I emailed demanding a refund back. I received my order a total of 26 days after ordering these shoes and they are knock off from another company. Do not order from this company.

OMG! DO NOT SHOP WITH MOLLYCA.. MY ORDER TOOK 5 WEEKS TO GET. WHEN I EMAILED THEM IT TOOK 2 WEEKS TO RESPOND. FINALLY RECIEVED MY ORDER AND I AM TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED AND ENRAGED! WHAT A JOKE THIA COMPANY IS. THEY PUT QUALITY ITEMS ON THEIR WEBSITE AND WHEN YOU RECIEVE YOUR ORDER ITS A CHEAP INTERPRETATION OF THE ORIGINAL. IT IS NOTHING LIKE THE WEBSITE SHOWED!!!

What I fool I have been. Expensive lesson learnt. Absolutely disgraceful that this company is allowed to continue fraudulently miss selling customers. I ordered two pairs of boots. When arrived in a plastic bag 5weeks late. Plastic shoes resembled nothing like the picture, nothing at all and the only place these are fit for is the bin!!
I have had no joy with emailing Mollyca and have had no joy complaining to Pinterest which is where I came across this horrendous company advertising!!

Ordered shoes in Sept for a trip I was taking in Oct. One pair arrived late October after SEVERAL emails and complaints to Paypal (which after this fiasco I will NEVER use for payment again).
The pair I wanted for my trip was delivered exactly 3 months later in Dec and they were the wrong color (in fact, the color combo they sent wasn't even an option on the website to order)! Both shoes are a knockoff and neither looked anything like the photos.
To return them, they want ME to pay for the return!
Seriously, the WORST company on the internet that I've ever had to deal with.

Ordered a pair of 100% leather ankle booties and when I rec'd the booties, they etr shipped in plastic bag, they are vinyl and the soles aren't even r ubber, seem more like cheap plastic

I wished I had checked this site before purchasing from Mollyca. I ordered a jumper advertised as 100% cotton and when it arrived the label indicated 100% polyester. Furthermore, the size didn't match their chart. The sleeves look long on the photo, but in reality they are short. In fact, the jumper looks nothing like the advertising photo.
I obtained a return address from Paypal, but to return this jumper, with tracking, would cost me $88 dollars, which is more than the initial cost.
This has been a good lesson for me: Never buy anything before checking reviews and return policies.

I order two pair of shoes and a shirt from them . Used PayPal . It took 5 weeks to get the items and when they came in they were horrible . Cheaply made poor quality threads hanging and it’s nothing pay pal will do. I’ll never order from them again .

I have now contacted Paypal 4 times about this fraudulent company. As far as I am concerned Paypal are facilitating this company and they give NO BUYER PROTECTION whatsoever despite them trumpeting that all over their Paypal website and TV ads. I've now sent another complaint to Paypal.

I have now contacted Paypal numerous times and I have also contacted the U.K fraud department now to lodge a formal complaint about a company that you continue to support in allowing them to use a Paypal account. I have begrudgingly accepted the fact that you will not give me a refund but please help to stop others from being sold counterfeit goods from China. I was very wrong to assume that having a Paypal account on a website somehow made them a 'legitimate' company and that I would have assurances from Paypal of 'Buyer Protection', it appears I have NO buyer protection whatsoever along with the countless other people who have made transactions via Paypal. The company in question is Mollyca, (mollyca com) a company who use photographs from other companies websites and then sends out very low quality product that has no resemblance to the photographs. The company regularly changes their name too in order to carry on the scam when bad reviews start to appear on the internet for all to see. They are now going under the name Lalasgal with exactly the same photographs and exactly the same complaints. Please shut down their Paypal account. They are operating illegally and breach all the consumer rights we have in the U.K and all our trading standards laws we have. Paypal is assisting these companies in their illegal activity. I have contacted Paypal before about this matter and so have numerous other people now. What will Paypal be doing to investigate this urgent matter?? UPDATED*****
I have raised a dispute with Paypal and tried to escalate to a claim but because the process was difficult I was out of time and Paypal closed the case and ruled in Mollyca's favour!! Not happy at all so I have rung and emailed Paypal and have appealed the decision. I have also pointed them in the direction of Trustpilot and also told them the photos used on their website are from other websites. Mollyca is counterfeiting other peoples goods. Had I of known this at the time I would NEVER of ordered. I am also concerned that Mollyca is changing it's name regularly in order to scam other people and using stalling tactics to get away with it (taking forever to ship goods, taking forever to reply to emails, by which time they change the company to something else with the same old photos.) It's time to stop this company once and for all. PLEASE COMPLAIN TO PAYPAL. WE NEED TO SHUT THEM DOWN. It's a matter of principle and we need to do this so that they can't con others.

Of course I've had a similar experience with Mollyca but it appears that the internet/pinterest etc are awash with these type of unethical Chinese companies who all appear to use the same 'upmarket' style of photo and then send you a load of old, ill packaged, not fit for purpose, shoddy rubbish.

However, I'm in the U.K and although I have opened a thorough, ongoing dispute with Paypal regarding this matter I aim to get my money back even if it takes me until my dying day!!! It's become a principle thing now above anything else.

We have Consumer Protection Laws and Trading Standards in the U.K (and I am sure the U.S have similar) to protect us from companies like this wherever they are in the world. Paypal say in their terms and conditions and buyers protection that companies MAY NOT BREACH any laws in the country that the purchase has been made from. Mollyca ARE BREACHING U.K and E.U laws. False advertising (my boots weren't waterproof in any way shape or form, nothing like the photos and ill fitting.......for starters).
