Delivered on time and the quality is far above my expectations. The ring is gorgeous and my fiancé is in love with it. It’s everything she dreamed of. Well worth upgrading a few things and the emerald is excellent.

After leaving this review and can be seen the company contacted me to ask my fiance and I to reach out again. After again telling us that the ring wouldn't be covered, I explained the situation again and asked one last time and they did actually reconsider and covered a replacement and even offered to add another prong for stability. I have the replacement ring now and it's absolutely gorgeous. Seeing it again made me a little teary because I didn't realize how much I missed it! The customer service I spoke with at this point was very helpful and kind and upfront about every part of the process. The only part that keeps me from giving a 5 is I still worry that this one might have structural issues like the first. Their resistance to help initially created doubt that their product is quality. While I adore my ring I will be saving it for special occasions because I can't give my full trust in it.

If you had asked me a month ago I would have nothing but good things to say. I absolutely adored my engagement ring and recommend the company to literally everyone I knew. I only got to wear it for 4 months before it broke. The top prong broke off completely, thankfully we were able to find the stone, but the ring is completely ruined. When we contacted the company they said that it couldn't be an error in production like we suspected and that it must be due to unusual wear and tear so they wouldn't cover it under special circumstances. They offered to cover up to $100 In repairs from a local jeweler or to give us a discount on a replacement. Jeweler said the damage was too expensive for him and I don't trust a replacement ring if this is how they respond. :(

My fiancé picked out the ring and he did great! The ring is beautiful! The ordering process for him was easy. It also came a week faster than it said. And the ring is absolutely beautiful. I love that It wasn’t super expensive either. We will be buying my wedding band from here as well!

I just received my ring. It is beautiful and fits just right. The rubies stands out in the middle of the ring with surrounding moissanites stones. Very good workmanship and a .great value

LOVEEEE!! The best customer service and the most gorgeous ring!! The ring got lost via post so I contacted them and they replied instantly making a new ring and shipping g it off directly and also keeping contact with me telling me every detail. I sooo recommend this place and would definitely buy from here again. And don’t get me started on the ring. It is absolutely gorgeous!!! I couldn’t have asked for anything better!!!

Bought a ring and it’s been over a month and have received a shipping number or anything. I heard back from them just now and they said they found a shipping number for me. So I’ve been tracking it the last 2 days and it’s totally in a whole new state and says it’s delivered. And now they won’t respond to me

I would absolutely get jewelry from here again. The ring I purchased is excellent quality, and fit well. The engraving was legible and spelled correctly. I wouldn't change a single thing about this experience.

Center moonstone for the engagement ring was advertised as 1.5 carat, but the certificate of authenticity sent to me said it was actually only 1.28. Not the end of the world, but definitely false advertising and now I feel like I overpaid. Ring is very nice otherwise.
