Disappointed with the initial clean. They started upstairs, but time constraints seemed to prevent them finishing the kitchen downstairs. Called the local office (Worthing & Littlehampton) but told they don’t work to a timescale. He apologised for uncleaned areas but no offer to send anyone to finish it.
Consequently I will not be booking regular cleans with Mollie Maid.
Also, surprised that fresh smelling products are not used - I had to open all the windows after cleaners had left to get rid of the musty smelling air.
Have already warned a friend looking for regular cleans to look elsewhere!

Friendly, good cleaners, fair price

Charlotte+Faye are great. They are thorough and very helpful. The service has been consistent over several years now, and when our regular cleaners can’t come, someone else always substitutes. We are very satisfied

The first clean was very poor. However Molly maid supervisor and one of her cleaners came back, she arranged to rectify everything spending a further five hours doing a very excellent job. We have now ordered to have the house cleaned monthly.

Very friendly girls . They get on with their work and do it well.

Hi, im leaving this review with regards to two particular girls named Meg and Sarah, who visited my mother's home today, Friday 22nd May 2026. They came to clean for my mother, and I have to say I have always had my own opinion about the cost/charges for the clean that is done. These two girls satisfied my curiosity about the charges and what tasks they must do for the hour. I would say I was extremely pleased and satisfied with the work they did, there time management in getting alot of tasks done. Communication with myself(daughter) and when they left i could clearly see what had been done and my mother was so pleased, her home was left with an imprint of a well cleaned home. That was done on this visit, Meg and Sarah had definitely made a difference. Thank you to both of you. Professional, friendly, efficient, it was a pleasure to meet them. My mother was also very pleased. I do hope they will return soon.
