I had a very smooth experience on this commuting ferry. The booking and check-in processes were exceptionally well-managed, and the vessel was lovely, clean, and strictly on schedule. I was also pleasantly surprised to find gluten-free options in the buffet, though offering proper bread alongside the crispbread would be a great addition. On the downside, the restaurant seating felt quite cramped and uncomfortable. Additionally, the juices were disappointing—the apple juice, in particular was tasteless. Overall, a reliable service that just needs a few small tweaks to the catering and comfort.

The prices in the cafe are a little high, and usually there are horrible lines, but it is not such a long trip anyway.

It is sad that only the "Business area" have access to the front view of the ship.

The new ferry is not a good experience

Ticket for motorbike is extremely expensive in relation to passenger car. Cannot recommend this company for bikers.

I went with the Kombardoexpress Juli the 24. Th.
A stranger took mig trunk.
I was found very quick, and I pained for it to be send by Post nord post.
It has been standing by Molslinien’s lost and found for almost a week now. Nothing happens.
My glasses and other important stuff is in it.
When I call to expedite the delivery to the post office.
In the phone I only meet a lot af angry an indifferent young people that couldn’t care less.
Only message is that I either can wait or take the ferry to Århus to get it. The cheapest ticket is 400kr each way. Including the 200 kr I have paired to have it sendt.
The service is apauling

We travelled from Bojden to Fynshav, Denmark. The boat was old, grubby and uncomfortable. We have travelled on quite a few boats on our 3 month trip in Scandinavia and this is by far the worst one we have encountered. Wealthy countries like Germany and Denmark should not be operating boats of this poor quality

Excellent and convenient ferry that saved me driving an extra 200 km over the bridge. Easy boarding the car and the restaurant food was good with a relaxing view of the sea. My only recommendation is to provide the exact address for the ferry terminal in a more prominent place on the ticket. I went to Aarhus Ø as stated on the ticket and that was a dock with sailboats. I found another address but it was not right either. Thanks for asking. Overall, fantastic experience.

If you are travelling to or from North/Mid Jylland to Sjælland or the other way around; Molslinjen is the best way to do it. Comfortable and fast enough to take a break from driving while still being affordable, especially if you manage to get the "lavpris" ticket.

I travel a few times a year across the Great Belt. Always a thrill and delight to travel on the amazing aluminium high speed ferries of Molslinjen. Superbly efficient and effortless. Definitely a 5 Star experience. Never gets old!

Very efficient from buying tickets to boarding and journey. The ferry was very clean and the staff all very pleasant

Reservation of seats is waste of money because they are not marked as reserved. All information on board is in Danish. Because there are travelling a lot of tourists it would be better if it was also in English. In case of an emergency this is dangerous.

Good experience, good service. Ferry is on time and if it's not, you immediately get notified via e-mail and SMS. Check-in is super easy. Ferry is clean, staff is smily. All good.
