I really hate that I even have to give this company one star in order to leave a review. Long story short. Order mid April. Didn't get until end of July. Up until I received my order they would respond to email but keep denying me a refund from June June until president. They are no longer responded to my emails. Currently disputing thru my bank... PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

If I could give negative ZERO I WOULD. The clothes were cheap, entirely to small, one dress I swear was made from tarp! Save yourself run from this company. I have been trying to get my money back and no one returns messages

Worst experience ever. Clothing was cheap & extremely to big. This place is definitely a scam. Not to mention it took 3 months to receive that trash.

I did receive my items but the quality of clothing is very very very cheap and the wrong size. When I followed the directions to request a return they block me from the website. This is a scam website and I will follow up with the BBB. It is now 3 weeks and no one has responded to my refund request.

All cheap clothes and not like the picture. And they only send me 2 items of my 5. I contacted their support and they never responded. Do not buy.

I had two items that needed to be returned and one of them had poor craftsmanship.
The company never responded about how to return the 2 outfits that were about $60.

I order two items June 5,2020, it’s August 3,2020, WTH is wrong with this company!! You will never prosper getting over on people, it’s already a pandemic out here!! Your company will not stand in God eyesight!! Give me my 61.19$ back!! & y’all can have that fake usps label y’all created , I reported this to the BBB as well!! Beavis and Butthead company!!

I truly believe this website is a scam. Even with the pandemic, I have ordered from other websites and I have received my orders in time and with great customer service. Its a series of red flags with MolyLily : not able to get in contact with them, no website access, and no shipping information. SAVE YOUR MONEY! I am so disappointed.

It's been over 2 months and I haven't received my outfits.i been emailing every week.I'm really upset seeing I'm a single mother and just wanted to treat myself when I could. I'm definitely not recommending this site. It seems like a big scam. I just want my money back or my clothes! Something!

I placed an order back in May here it is almost August I have not heard from the company that UPS created the tracking shipping label but they have no package this company is horrible I don't even know why they still have a website

Seems like everyone have the same experience. No merchandise, money taken. Definitely a scam. It's easy to say be patient but it doesn't feel good to use your hard earned money and trust a company to honor their word. It makes it bad for every other online company! I will never shop here again. Ordered my product May 21st. Still waiting. Sent email, bo response. My order been on the way since June. Have yet to receive it. It's almost August. Bad business. I will be reporting this company as well.

This company is awful, I placed a order with them on May 27th, I’m still waiting on my items or my cash 💰 ( I am sure the 💰 will not be refunded) I wouldn’t care if they were given the clothes away, don’t accept them and definitely do not purchase from this company, I have reported this company to the BBB AND AS A SCAM ON IG AND FB.

I placed an order June 10th, paid for express shipping. It’s July 27th and my order has not been received.
Gets better. They are not answering my emails inquiring about this.

The outfits are comfortable! Customer service is horrible! Don’t not purchase From this place! I have an item that is too small and needed to be returned! The only way to connect customer service is through email: no response after about 3-5 emails! Although I like their outfits I will never never purchase from them again! When I wear the outfits out and about, I refuse to tell people who ask where it was purchase! I say Idk it was a gift! You guys lost an avid online shopper! See ya!!

They’re not even worth one star I ordered two items from this company on June 13th it’s July 20th the items still haven’t arrived. This company is a fraud they’re shipping delays are bs. I ordered a shirt from Puma on Thursday morning it arrived today I also order from other websites and the packages come quick. If u read this do not order anything from this company they are horrible. I will be reporting them to the BBB

I will never order from this website again. Horrible customer response. I need to return or exchange merchandise and the only way of doing it is sending an email to them and waiting on a response. I emailed them four times and have yet to receive an email.

This is a fake ass rip off web site haven't recieved my item havent recieved any emails but these mutha took my money!! Molilly sucks
