My Father and I chose Molyneux to sell his house in Mundford after inviting 3 local agents to come and value his house. We chose Molyneux because they came across as a genuine family business, that had decades of experience in the local area. They didn’t try and push us to an overinflated valuation, gave us a reasoned explanation for theirs, and gave a clear and concise explanation of what service we could expect.

Importantly they then did exactly what they said they would do, with clear communication and prompt responses all the way from instruction to completion, every member of the team were a pleasure to deal with, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

If only all Estate agents were like Molyneux!

I chose Molyneux Estate Agents to sell my property due to the fantastic feedback that I had heard regarding the family business and I was not disappointed. The customer service that I received throughout the process was faultless and the team continually communicated updates throughout which meant I did not need to make any chaser calls. From the valuation, to the viewings, to dealing with multiple solicitors and then to completion, the whole process was dealt with in a very professional manner whilst also providing a competitive rate.
It is clear that Molyneux Estate Agents have a wealth of knowledge and experience between them, and they have evidently worked hard and done a fantastic job at placing themselves in the market with their relatively new family business.
