I wanted to buy a Fellow Stagg RKG…

I wanted to buy a Fellow Stagg RKG water kettle which usually costs around $180. A search showed these folks had it for $60, which should have been a red flag.

When I tried to pay their web site told me my hitherto perfect credit card could not be processed.

Shortly after that I started getting 5 to 10 charges a day to Amtrak Mobile totaling thousands of dollars. Did these people place the charges? Did these people sell my credit card info? I don't know, but the whole situation stinks.

Abuse of MOMA Branding

This disgraceful company has ripped off the NYC Museum of Modern Art known as MOMA, copied their logo and branding, added an "a" and replicated their website to fool the customer into purchasing, creating a false Museum of Modern Art scenario. Tricksters, this site needs to be brought down.

I purchased a red Borum kettle that was remarkable cheap for 14.00, did my research later (a mistake) and discovered the interior of the kettle is plastic which is a health hazard when heated. I immediately contacted this company and requested they cancel the order. They responded days later with the vague and typical Chinese customer service comment about "sorry you are disappointed, we understand" but no clarity regarding my cancellation. I will keep the product and use it for another purpose, but I want consumers to be aware and not fall for this type of brand abuse on the internet marketplace.
