great customer service
The monitor and camera worked very well for almost a year. It’s really comforting to be able to see and hear our baby from the other room! When we had a technical issue come up with the camera (the camera stopped automatically switching into infrared night vision mode without restarting the camera then the monitor stopped connecting to the camera at all) the Momcozy team honored the year warranty and sent me a new one. They were pleasant and helpful to work with. Thank you Momcozy team!

Just an FYI that this company ship from China to the UK. I ordered a baby wrap carrier on 8th July and it wasn’t delivered until 24th July. Product seems relatively good quality but the lengthy shipping time has put me off buying again.

The company is AMAZING! It makes me feel better to buy from a company that ACTUALLY values their customers. I emailed them with an issue, shared some photos of the deformity of the pillow, and they immediately sent me another one without making me send the other back. I received the replacement pillow within two days! They responded to every question I had, and every email. The pillow itself is just AMAZING! I sleep so soundly with this cradled around me. I know this may sound weird to some but this pillow makes me feel safe at night, because I sleep alone. I’d HIGHLY recommend this company AND its product! This pillow actually is life-changing!

When we ordered the warm water dispenser for formula, the original machine came in broken with an error code. I immediately reached out to support and they were extremely kind and helpful. After sending over information on the machine and providing pictures they promptly sent a replacement.
It's hard to find hasle free customer service these days and an actual human to speak with.

Momcozy is by far my favorite brand that I love to get from. I’ve never had a bad experience. Every time I have an issue or concern they meet me with such kindness and understanding every. Single. Time. They have gone above and beyond to replace pumps for me as quickly as possible even in situations where I wasn’t expecting that. Every new mom I come across I always recommend Momcozy based on customer service alone that and of course I just love their products but the customer service ultimately makes the brand equally as great. One of the best decisions in our baby support as parents was including the Momcozy product. We had used about all Momcozy baby product line from baby cameras to Brest milk containers… the customer service is amazing and they really make you feel they are there to help you all the way through.
