Momcozy corrected the issue for us and was great!

I love my Momcozy pumps, I work full time and use them daily! One motor stopped functioning correctly, but Momcozy support was easy to email with and sent a replacement under warranty. So thankful to get to keep using these pumps, and for the great customer service!

Amazing customer service and support.

I had an issue with my wearable pump and it was quickly resolved by sending me a replacement pump. I appreciate the help and prompt response of the customer service team. I’m so happy with my new pump

I had purchased the M5 Smart Wearable Pumps in January 2026 and loved the product and was using it daily. In June 2026, one of my pump motors wasn’t working any longer. I emailed Momcozy and within 2 days a whole new replacement product was in the mail and at my house within the week. They provided support to try and fix the malfunction, and when that didn’t work, they immediately sent a replacement.

I have had nothing but great experiences with the Momcozy brand and company. I was very pleased with my support and the resolution.

The breast pumps helped me reach 7 months and still ongoing of milk supply to my baby girl. I even bought as a gift to my friend in London when her baby was born. When I had an issue with one of the breast pumps the support team was amazing, helpful and easy to work with to find a solution.

I reached out to Momcozy customer service regarding my machine slowing down. They replied promptly and solved the problem right away. I received my replacement machine and got back to my pumping. Thank you Momcozy for the fast resolution.

**Update on bottom**
We have three Momcozy products that we were gifted from a baby shower and all three have been awful.

For starters, one the M5 breast pump stopped working three days after our baby was born. It would say it was charging but never actually charged and would not turn on at all.

We also were gifted a portable sound machine and another sound machine/ light combo that both stopped working within two weeks of minimal use. Either wouldn’t charge at all or wouldn’t hold a charge for more than 20 mins.

Overall, I have been very disappointed with Momcozy products for our first born baby.

Momcozy reached out to us and replaced all items quickly and the customer service was outstanding. The items are arriving today, which was super fast shipping. Hopefully the new replacements are better!

The replacement process was easy and quick! We exchanged a few emails and then the order was shipped and arrived quickly! I wasn’t given a hard time, which was really great!

I am delighted with the service! I had an issue with my breast pump; I contacted them and they responded immediately. I sent proof of the defect, and they didn't hesitate to replace it. Mom Cozy has been my favorite brand since becoming a mom—thank you, Mom Cozy team.

I’ve had my bottle washer since October and last week it stopped working. It kept blinking no water when there was plenty of water in the tank. I reached out to Momcozy and sent them a video of what was going on and they sent me a replacement that I received 4 days later. Customer service was a breeze and now I have a brand new bottle washer again.
