BIG SCAM. Lost 39 euros. FXCKERS

A COMPLETE SCAM!!
I ordered from their website almost 3 MONTHS ago and have never received the product. I was told there was a problem with the delivery and the product was sent back to them, so I expected a refund or another attempt for them to send it to me- no. I've sent them numerous emails requesting a refund but they just keep telling me they're working on it and they will investigate the situation. I am completely disappointed and honestly at this point have no hope I will ever see my money back or get the product I ordered. Do not order from this website!

Their products suck and when you ask to return the product they'll tell you to send it back to China on your own cost which will probably be more than the bought item price!!
Although on the lable it shows that it was sent from the Netherlands!
Don't know how they are allowed to do that under dutch domain (.nl)

Please make sure to report that to the hosting company through this email and hopefully they'll shut them down

I ordered 2 knitted dresses that had a long flowy model, 20 euros for each dress. When they arrived, the dresses looked nothing like the picture and the videos I saw of them in the tiktok add. They were a tight, bodycon type of dress. I was very dissapointed and messaged the company. They told be they could pay me 20% back of the money I spent and give me 30% discount for the next order. That means I would only get 8 euros of the 40 euros I spent and I don't even want the 30% discount, since I won't be buying anything from them anymore. When I replied that I need a better solution, since it's the companies fault for sending me the wrong dresses, they told me I could return the dresses and I would have to pay 20-30 euros for the shipping costs to Asia. This is outrageous. I will never buy anything from them ever again and I encourage you all to not waste your money like I did.

After having bought and received a package deal of 3 high waist sport leggings some problems occured.
Firstly, the leggings are highly translucent which limits the usability enormously.
According to the website, the leggings should be very comfortable and suitable to any body shape. However, even being a slightly slim person normally wearing XS, an S seems to be extraordinarily tight. Moreover it was already ripped at the moment of unboxing.
The customer service seems to be reachable and was prepared to pay for the ripped legging. However, returning the other leggings is not an option as returns need to be sent to China, and shipping must be paid to at least 85% of the bill (starting at €30 for the return adress).
All in all, I would not recommend this shop, as returning is very expensive and the quality is poor.
