Very bad customer service... they take your money including EXTRA TO DELIVER PURCHASE AT YOUR ADDRESS then no atempt by their transport company to deliver to that address... waited in all day for nothing, instead they dumped package in their pick up point without asking us trying to obligate us to do their job, the job we paid them more than 50% EXTRA to do... they tell lies, that are easily disproved.... RECOMMENDATION: do not take the risk by purchasing anything from these guys.
...... 24.11.25......Esos es HORRIBLE... Compramos, PAGANDO GLS CASI 50% ADICIONAL POR GASTOS DE ENVÍO y con una entrega para el día 20/11/2025 o antes. Ustedes confirman nuestra dirección y preguntan nuestra ubicación, (confirmando que estamos a unos 5 minutos del centro de pueblo de Benissa)... después nadie intenta hacer la entrega de que es LEGALMENTE NUESTRO y luego ustedes nos dicen que de nueva será el día 24/11/2025... GLS HAN COBRADO LOS GASTOS DE ENVÍO, pero nadie intenta entregar lo AQUÍ !

We ordered the wrong spareparts (which we received very quickly!). I contacted them and they helped me out by advising me the correct sparepart and explaining how to return the wrong one. I sent back the wrong sparepart at monday afternoon and today we received an email that they received the package and restituted the money, which is on my bank account already! Well done, excellent service!
