Wonderful gift and experience!

Just what I wanted, actually cried when I unpacked it and I knew what I was ordering! Cant wait to give it this Christmas

I had a great experience all round! I wanted a present that meant something but could be used. I was set on one photo and was worried it wouldn’t work. I saw on the website it says you can message them on instagram so that’s what I did. I quickly received a very helpful and friendly response. It made me sure it was the gift I wanted. However I was still worried it would not turn out as I hoped however when I received my purchase I was amazed! It was just as I asked if not better! The jumper is good quality and the details and design is spot on. I was very happy with the price. Much cheaper than what he would buy and just as good if not better quality plus so much more special than his other jumpers. Would definitely buy again.

I cannot thank Memories Made enough for the incredible hoodie they created for my brother-in-law. His twin, who was like a brother to me, tragically passed away at just 38 years old, and this is his first birthday without him. I wanted to give him something meaningful, and the hoodie turned out to be the perfect gift.

The quality and design were absolutely amazing—better than I could have ever imagined. Every detail was done to perfection, and it felt like such a special tribute to his brother. It brought so much comfort during such an emotional time and was worth every penny.

From the ordering process, picking the colours and uploading the photo, all of it was easy and painless to do. Had an issue with my photo not appearing on their end, but I had a polite and friendly email stating this and I just sent my photo via email instead.
Had a slight delay in the arrival of the hoodie, (I believe that was more a Royal Mail issue than moments made) but correspondence was quick and reassuring and I received the hoodie in good time. The actual hoodie itself is excellent. The quality of the hoodie itself is lovely, the colours of the hoodie are true to what it shows on their website/Instagram, etc and the design is fantastic. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and already thinking of other presents I can order from here!

nonsense. The 'photo' proof was many packages piled together, none of which PROVEDdelivery of my actual package. When I contested it, I was asked if I want a refund, or resend. I have asked REPEATEDLY for a refund as it was a father's day present which has come and gone. I do not want it any more. Give me my money +'express' delivery costs (which by the way, you should remove as an option since your express delivered 6 days later!)
Scam scam scam. Give me my money back.

I have bought two hoodies from momentsmade - one as a birthday present and one as a Christmas gift. Both were beautifully made and true to size, and my partner wears his Christmas jumper all the time. They take a little longer to get because they’re each made to order, so he sure to check the wait times on the website and order a bit earlier than you would with normal things. (Plus you know what couriers and Royal Mail can be like - especially around Christmas!!)

They also seem to be lovely guys and communicate well if you need anything :)

I ordered a sweatshirt with a picture of my dogs on. Everything was perfect. The jumper is so fluffy and high quality and the embroidery is really good as well. I pilent have wished for better!

Order x2 Hoodies,
X1 charole and x1 in sandy.
Got my order yesterday and wow is all I can say.. when opening up my order I had a look at both hoodies and I love both of them.
There both so detailed with the design I have placed for them.
I'm so so happy with the way they both look and the writing on the arm.
I haven't ordered myself until a few days ago but have heard about the company and have got 1 myself.
The hoodies are beautiful and cute but are personalised enough to make it special.
Can't wait to give it to my 2 best friends for Christmas

I’ve placed four different orders from this company now and I would never consider using anyone else! The highest quality, the best customer service and the fastest turnaround you could ask for!! If the star rating went up to 10, I would still want to give an 11 :)
