As an affiliate partner, my experience with this program has been disappointing.

As an affiliate partner, my experience with this program has been disappointing.

I generated a sale on March 05, 2026, and the commission has remained pending for months. During this time, I contacted the affiliate team multiple times by email to request an update, but received little or no response regarding the status of the commission.

What concerns me most is not the amount itself, but the lack of transparency and communication. As publishers, we invest time, effort, and marketing resources to promote a brand. When commissions remain pending for an extended period without clear explanations, it becomes difficult to trust the program and continue investing in promotion.

I am sharing this experience so that other affiliates can carefully evaluate the program and understand the importance of clarifying approval and payment processes before committing significant resources.

I still hope the company will review the case and provide a clear resolution.

DO not purchase from this company, despite good advertising.

DO not purchase from this company. I saw many legitimate ads for this company and bought a wagon. It said there was a label created at Fedex, however but never received from the company. Every time I e-mail them to asked for updated shipment they keep saying they've asked Fedex to update shipment. I placed the order over 2.5 weeks ago. It's a company based in China, and so communication is poor. Will likely have to put a stop on my credit card.

Missing one product. No responds.

I ordered the portable milk warmer and the one the milk cooler. In my surprise, i only received the milk warmer when the package arrived. The package couldn’t be opened or smthing. The just sent me only one of the two products i paid for. No one is answering on emails or supposedly “24h online chat” 🙄

Don't buy from this company

I've seen advertisements online all over the place for this company. They seemed legitimate. Their response to people's comments on Facebook and Instagram were quick and seemed like a genuine good company. So I ordered a poor person wagon from them and when I received it there was a big rip right in the middle. When I reached out to them to get a refund, they didn't offer me a refund at all but wanted me to pay an additional $80 for them to send me an unripped wagon... This obviously did not sit well with me. I messaged them again and said that I would like a full refund of the almost $300 I spent on the four-person wagon and they can even send me the smaller wagon. And they responded with that. I have to pay an additional $60 for them to send me the small wagon and never mentioned giving me a refund on the ripped one that is unusable. I even offered to pay shipping if they would give me a full refund and haven't heard back from them since this has been over a week ago.
