Obtaining our financing (July 2024) was easy and the terms amazing. We have had issues with mailed payments taking up to 60 days to post to the account, and the account statement for September has not yet been posted. When we pay thru the portal payments post that day, so I would not recommend repaying your loan any other way. We are doing everything in our power to pay this loan off well before the end of the promotional period so as to have time for things to go awry and not get stuck with the deferred interest.

Every time I called for any reason regarding my loan the individuals I dealt with were knowledgeable, fast and thorough.

Momnt Staff Member, Ms. Jacqueline was understanding and patient with me while I had a bit of a moment in which I voiced my misunderstandings of my Revamp Co. Contract and what the pricing was for on the loan. She explained it to where I understood the pricing. I know I speak a bit rough when I'm frustrated, so I have to say that this young lady was very professional and most of all, patient with me. She also stayed on the phone with me to walk me through setting up my account password for reset and corrected my direct payment to the proper payment amount. Thank you for your professionalism....
