Completely useless. False prices on momondo when you actually try to get the ticket. A lot of options left out and A LOT of ricidulous options left in, like 17 hour lay overs for an otherwise 2 hour flight. This app/website does more harm than good.

Do not rent a car from links in Momondo. You will not be able to get in contact with anyone if you have to change something. The Travellink thats seems to be the provider is not and you are lost. Book directly from the Rental companys

I would strongly warn against the use of momondo. Momondo works with criminal internet providers whose sole purpose is to steal customers' money. I have bitterly experienced this through a car rental company called Goldcars in Italy. This company and its employees are criminal mobsters.

Can only agree to the poor experience, have used mono do a lot earlier, but it seems that during coved they have allowed every con company to offer non exciting tickets and other scams on their site.
Can only say, book your flight from the airline even if it is slightly more expensive.

Wish I could leave -5 stars. This is a total scam, every time you want to pay the tickets, it suddenly increases the price. It used to be such a good website and now it seems they are trying to take advantage of you on the moment you get distracted!

In 2nd november 2020 i had two booking ticket of norwegian airlines from lisbon to copenhagen, and while i entered the airport at that day i got a know that norwegian flight are closed until 2020 january, if the airlines is closed then why momondo dint give me any information about the cancellation of flight, and after that when i claim the norwegian airlines, and i wait for four months, until four months i didn't get my refund and i call the norwegian airlines and they told me that they refunded our money from which account we had booked the ticket, and i am sure now momondo agent had booked our ticket from his/her account and they get refunded. And i got nothing, really disappointed, its my first and wrost experience, i' ll never trust momondo again

Used to love it, now AVOID it
Back in 2015 I used to love Momondo and use it frequently but my suggestion now DON'T USE IT. This is a really bad experience with the 3rd companies partner with it.I have tried several times to book a flight and when Momondo redirects me to the 3rd part the cost increase enormously. The should not partner with those 3rd parties. Total Scam and very bad experience. Rather book with the airlines themselves.

Momondo should closely monitor customer feedback about the flight ticket agents that appear on the website, and on that basis carefully choose who to cooperate with.
Many of the flight ticket agents appearing on Momondo's website fraudulently benefit a lot from the evolving covid-19 situation: e.g. customers - whose flights have been cancelled - are being unlawfully charged administration fee before (if at all) getting refund with months of waiting time, while airliners have already refunded the whole ticket price to the agent...

Dreamworld travel - an agency that momondo use are massively messing me round with the refund on my cancelled flight - saying they want 35£ pp to process the cancellation request as “ times are hard for them”
Back and to with them for weeks, absolutely useless, why don’t you vet your suppliers?!

They allow scam agencies like Travellink on their webpage. I bought a ticket from Travellink via Momondo. I couldn’t travel because of Corona. I’ve tried to contact them several times to request refund or travel voucher. They don’t answer calls. Buy tickets directly from airline websites.

Don't use Momondo
If you are an user of Momondo, please don't use it. This is a really bad experience with the 3rd companies partner with it. I don't understand why Momondo allow scam partners and even push this agent to the top of the list, I'm trying to book a flight and when it addresses me to the 3rd part the cost increase 3 times more that Momondo show in the platform. I'd avoid using Momondo to find 'cheap' flights. I had a terrible experience where it sent me to a 3rd party to book my flights, I had serious problems with the agent witholding my plane tickets after paying. I couldn't understand why Momondo would partner or push this agent to the top of it's list, when it's has hundreds of bad reviews on both Trustpilot, Google, and Tripadvisor, but I assume they are paying to be top of the list. I would stick to Skyscanner and avoid at all costs.

As a travel search engine, momondo helps you find the cheapest flights, hotels and cars. momondo does not provide, own or control delivery or performance of the travel services and products accessible through our website or apps. Rather you book directly with your preferred provider.
Upon selecting a reservation to process with your chosen provider, you leave momondo and delivery and performance of the specific travel product would lie with the selected provider.
When many of our partners have the same price, we use an algorithm to determine which one will be displayed first. This algorithm takes into account user experience, customer satisfaction, compensation we receive and user rating.

Irresponsible, Rude, Untrustworthy
(I'm typing while shaking with rage as I just got off from the phone with the Momondo CS). Giving 1 star is beyond generous. I'm appalled and shocked that this hell hole is still operating.
It's my very first time booking through Momondo. Never had I ever experienced such poor, unprofessional horrible experience in my life. I've been travelling my whole life, and I normally use Skyscanner, but a friend referred me to Momondo. It's the most irresponsible company that I've encountered.
I booked a return flight through Momondo, then It redirected me to eDreams (fuqken eNightmares). They deducted my credit card, but I didn't receive any booking confirmation, only a lousy sketchy 'booking request in process'.
I tried countless of times to contact their CS, but it's so irritating and almost impossible to talk with real agents. Then I ended up making an expensive long distance phone call to London. A super rude obnoxious Indian guy was talking to me. Not sure if he's underpaid, or rather fed up with all of the complaints that he has to bear every minute everyday. It turned out that MY BOOKING WAS UNSUCCESSFUL, he said that they are unable to find the flights, and YET THEY TOOK MY MONEY. I was furious to say the least, why the fuqk would you publish such availability and take my money if you are unable to process the booking??! Classic scammers, of course it will require at least 7 to 10 days to refund my money. So now, I'm all pssed and with no money to book for another flight. I haven't receive any cancellation refund email from edreams.
Since I'm worried and been anxious all day. Then I tried to reach out to Momondo about this.
Again, a guy answered my call and he kept referring me to their lousy unhelpful website. "please refer to our website on the help section". Why would I make such an expensive long distance phone call and yet being referred to your fricking website. Your website is unhelpful to say the least.
I was explaining my booking process and expressing my frustration on this matter. The CS guy said that he doesn't understand half of what I was saying and kept referring me back to their website. It made me even more furious. Which part of my English you don't understand?? beyond rude and obnoxious. . Then the guy HUNG UP on me. Seriously?? This is by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
SHAME ON MOMONDO to have affiliated with scammers like eNightmares. SHAME! and shame on your poor customer service.
To that guy I was speaking to, whoever you are, I hope you will get sacked asap.
AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

1st of all, your reply shows exactly how ignorant you are. Isn't it convenient to always redirect your frustrated customers who have just being scammed to your website support/ help whatever that is,
instead of listening, be thoughtful, analysing the situation, and act on it.
2nd, please get your facts straight, or feel free to listen back to your recording. I only started to get furious (or as you mentioned 'used foul language) after your obnoxious representative said that he DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT I WAS SAYING, hence he kept redirecting me to your lousy unhelpful website whilst I was panicking from getting scammed. He could have used his time to listen, analyse, and HELP me, instead of being all condescending and obnoxious. I didn't use foul language while he started to raise his voice and threatened to hang up. He seemed to not believe my story, saying that this has never happened to eDreams before. I then started to get angry and frustrated because he clearly wasn't interested in listening and helping me. He sounded sooo rude and obnoxious, saying that "Conversation goes two ways, okay??". Then I exploded and said, "what kind of sick show customer service are you running there? I'm the customer that is being scammed. Could you please show some compassion and help me. Which part of my English you don't understand." Then HE HUNG UP.
As for your response about eNightmares,
1st of all, I didn't receive any booking/ cancellation confirmation whatsoever. And now that it has been more than 24 hours, I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY CONFIRMATION EMAIL whether my booking is being cancelled or proceeded. After I made an expensive long distance call to their office in London, a representative said that they will process my refund. YET until now, I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY CANCELLATION / REFUND CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
The representative told me that, my booking has been cancelled because they couldn't find any available flight based on my booking request. THEN WHY DIDN'T YOU INFORM ME VIA EMAIL??
WHY DID YOU DEDUCT MY CREDIT CARD??
AND WHY WOULD YOU PUBLISH SUCH AVAILABILITY ON YOUR WEBSITE IF YOU CAN'T DELIVER IT IN THE FIRST PLACE???
So instead of condescendingly busy replying on your customer complaints, perhaps you can better use your time to sort and investigate the scam companies that you affiliate with. Most importantly, invest and put more effort in improving your lousy customer service.

Please allow me to first apologize if you feel that the representative did not listen to your concerns nor tried to assist you in any way. That is certainly not how we wish for our users to feel when they contact us.
That said, and as previously mentioned, the only way for us to properly assist you in a case like this is to reach out to the provider in question and ask that they investigate your case and try to rectify it. In order for us to do so, we need documentation and information to help the provider identify who you are. The absolute most efficient way to do so and to ensure that we have everything we need, we ask that users contact us via the feedback-form with the needed information/documentation. This is still the case.
Therefore, If you would like for us to assist you with your complaint and try rectifying this experience, we need for you to please send us a message with the needed details (a transaction ID for the charge and at the very least, your email address). Without this information, eDreams will not be able to identify you and neither we nor they will be able to help you.

Please be advised that if a user contacts us via phone, complaining about an experience they have had with a provider found on our site, we always ask that they please contact us via our feedback-form found on our website as this is the absolute most sufficient and thus quickest way for us to further investigate a complaint. This will also better allow us to reach out to the provider in question as we'll then have all the needed documentation, as we don't have access to booking details and thereby cannot look such details up ourselves, you were asked to send this to us as well in order for us to best help you. And while I can appreciate that it is upsetting to be hung up on, the representative you spoke to only did so after numerous warnings to end the call, based on the tone and foul language used by you during the call.
As for your experience with eDreams, please note that a booking is never confirmed until ticketed with the airline which can sometimes take up to 24 hours. In rare cases, the advertised offer will no longer be available by the time the reservation is finalized and reached the airline system, in which case, the reservation will fail. In most cases, the charge you see on your credit card in such cases are not actually charges but rather pre-authorizations which will soon after be released.
That said, should this not be the case and should the money not be returned to your account within said time frame, you are always welcome to send us detailed information, such as the booking request email, proof of payment and any written correspondence, concerning your experience with the company responsible for your booking. I’ve never seen a more corrupt company in my entire life. If they offered me a free ticket I would rather pay hundreds of dollars more rather to deal with this fraudulent company. I booked my ticket using the platform, a day later a civil war broke out in my country, I called for support and I was told I would need to contact the airline company direct. I called the airline company direct as instructed, the airline company successfully changed my flight, I received an email from Momondo confirming the flight was changed and had a confirmation number. An hour later I called momondo to select my seat and the extremely rude individual told me this was a glitch in our system and I have to change your flight back.
My flight was cancelled and changed back, keep in mind I have a confirmation in writing stating my date was changed.
I been on the phone with the airline directly because they at least try to help, to cut to the chase they were $40 less, the time I spent fixing the issue is beyond 1000, my suggestion to everyone is pay a few dollars more, because of an emergency happens like a civil war momondo will tell you to kick rocks.
