Amazing shopping experience. The order arrived quickly.

Seems to have recently taken to selling Chinese knock-offs, advertised as adult xxl sizes that wouldn't fit a ten year old!

it used to be a really nice shop, but a couple of months ago things started rapidly changing for the worse. Ordering an item in a "neuwertig" condition used to mean you'd get a new thing. Now it's just some trash. I returned my whole last order, as all items deviated from the description. I do not understand what the logic behind this change is. If people want a new item, and you are tricking them into getting trash, you will just get it sent back. The new policy of charging for returns is not going to change it. It's a really sad situation and I believe it's gonna cost this shop greatly.

When they were still Ubup the prices to buy second hand clothes were still decent. Now the prices are really high, unless you get from time to time a discount code. If you send your own clothes to sell, they give you pennies for them (10 euros for a Jack Wolfskin Jacket, sold afterwards for 75 euros in the platform!!!), and they denied to take things based on lies, like 'sweat stains' when the item was never wore! The last thing that happened recently, and the main reason why I deleted my account in Momox and Momox Fashion was that they started shaming the customers if you return something. Hello? The different brands have different sizes, not everything fits, also they described the items as super good condition when in reality they look absolutely unwearable, they are expensive, and not everyone has skinny and tall model measurements that all looks good, even a potato sack. Too much green washing, they do not care at all, just business and money.

Momox suffers from the same "enshittification" process as so many corporations... they used to be so great, now they give you BS excuses to refuse your clothing, and today I logged in to find that a dress I wanted to buy suddenly had gone from 8,90€ to 22,90€, along with a nice message telling me that my item return rate was "high" with 5 items returned out of 5 ordered and that i was "wasting resources". Excuse me? Where is that BS coming from? Firstly, NEVER did I return all items purchased (I sent back maybe 5 out of 30-40 purchased), secondly items were sometimes returned because unwearable (10cm rip in butt area of trousers), moreover momox is advertising the fact you can return items as a selling point, but then shames you when you do so? Well played guys, guilt-tripping customers lost you one of them!

Terrible for selling clothes. I never bought from it so this review is not about that. More than once, I sent very good items to them. Most of them were rejected, even though they were in almost perfect condition. One item in particular I had only wore once, a leather jacket, and the reason for rejection was "sweat stains" (there were none). Another item, a Tommy Hilfiger hoodie, was in perfect condition, almost new, and was rejected due to "pulled threads". How can this business be based on pre-owned fashion, and only accept items that are 100% like new, never even worn? This is not how second-hand works.

Terrible Firma! Be careful. I paid the whole amount of Money( 530 eur ). Some Staff were big from me. I had to sent them Back. They received the stuff later than planned becuase of New year ( holidays). They did not Accept Them. They kept around 180 eur. Terrible experience. Dont trust Them. I trusted them l paid the Full amount. Now they don’t take the stuff back!

This is not sustainable, since l will throw these stuff away. They are big for me:(

The law gives you 30 days to send the stuff. Momox fashion accepts only 14 days. All other normal companies during Christmas time/End of year period give the customers more time, since they are delays.

This company does differently. I only ask if they are really interested in sustainability. They produced Co2 more since they shipped me again the stuff back.

I asked them to give me at least a gutschein not money back. They did not accept it.

This is all non sense! I will not leave this case here. I will keep complaining. They are register like a sustainable company but they act not sustainable!

I will inform all my friends to be careful in all social medias! I will leave my review everywhere. They won 180 eur but they will loose 1000 of Eur.

Quick and easy to order. Good selection of clothes & lots of them unworn. Quick delivery & very easy returns

Tried to sell boots in a very good condition, almost new. Had to wait more than 2 weeks and then they were disapproved. I wouldn't recommend this, just try ebay or your neighbourhood instead.

My experience is that I can cut clothes, like shirt senators, if I can also handle the machine

Good experience. The possibility of sorting items on the website by several categories. Easy purchase process. Return option is a plus. Communication with customer service is smooth, fast.

Received a counterfeit Roberto Cavalli shirt , contacted support and they told me to return, cost me £15 to return the item to Germany from the uk. It was retuned back to me as they didn’t pick it up ……very disappointed 😞 I now STILL have A FAKE item and it’s cost me more money .

Good quality clothing, fast delivery, good for the environment

Mega Mega gut!

I bought a lot of my clothes from their website since the start but since the beginning of 2023 their services are not good as before. For example they used to deliver regularly within days in Germany but now if you order on Thursday, they neglect the regularly of the delivery and it will come on Monday. Please work on this aspect and I will again shop on your store.

We have been a customer since it was called Ubup. However, we feel that the company has changed recently. We ordered and subsequently returned a DVF dress. A month after the return I realized that the refund 96 euro) was not received. I wrote to customer service and they told me that the return was rejected because of “ the condition” of the dress. That was news to me and I was glad that I followed up all the return and refunds diligently. I was puzzled because I know the condition of the item I returned was perfect. After further request for explanation, they finally mailed the item back to me. Unfortunately the dress they mailed back to me was without the little detached slip dress for underneath ( it was a chiffon thin dress so it had a detached slip dress to wear underneath) . It appears to me the slip dress somehow was misplaced during the return/receiving process. So it”s my words against theirs. And they have not yet agreed to a refund…

It’s a good place for sustainability but if there is a glitch/ unforeseeable issue, then you will be frustrated and disappointed. And we all know that many things can and will happen when you buy or return second hand clothes.

Very glad to find this excellent source of second-hand clothes online. The dress I ordered arrived beautifully packaged and perfect. However, I did have a question about it, and while the first person to reply from customer-service didn't handle it well, I pressed on and the second person was helpful, professional and charming. So, great clothes, and if you have a question or problem, you will get satisfaction eventually.
