I've ordered two items, one through ebay and another one through their e-shop, none of them was ever delivered and customer support didn't help.

I have ordered several times now and am mostly happy. Sizing is not always 100% accurate so it can be pretty annoying when trying to decide what size to order; however, shipping is free to send things back. One time I recieved a torn item, filled out the return form and marked the item as defective. No problem, and I have always gotten my money back when returning items.

Sometimes better/more or detailed pictures would be better, but besides that everything is perfect! Delivered in 2 days

Absolutely incredible, everything works as advertised. There is some guessing when choosing an item, as color, size, material and condition are not super precise or understandable. However, for the prices that they have, the risk/reward ratio is really good. I hunt Momox for rare and interesting clothing absent from stores. Had to buy a steamer, as they ship everything tightly packaged, so you will have to iron things flat. Every garment smells the same, so they probably disinfect and store them in a uniform fashion.
I did try the free-return feature, and yeah, absolutely flawless. Everything about Momox works, it is big fun, big savings, returns work, thumbs up!

Everything is fantastic with your service, but only one great problem, if I return something from Belgium. The parcel cost me 12 to 15 euros. Whereas you provide a free return in Germany and Austria.

Incomprehensible why this shop gets any positive reviews. The products are overpriced and mediocre, except for the ones that are completely "as new". Terrible service-- it takes more than a week to get a (very impolite) reply. And then it is all very confusing: don't count on getting your money back quickly when you return an item-- they are in the business of giving out Gutscheine so that you keep on buying in their shop. It seems that their customer service spends more time on trolling this site (do they write their own reviews?) than on helping customers. You can spend your time better than this.

It's fast, has amazing selection and good quality stuff up there. Recommend!

After reading all the good reviews, I was encouraged to order online with Momox. But now, I am quite afraid since I already paid last Saturday via Advance payment. But sad to say, until now i didnt receive an email confimation of my payment. Even in my momox account, i am still asked to transfer the amount to their Konto number.
Tried to send a message vis fb messenger. Still didnt receive a response from them. Will not order again 😭

Clothing brought was in excellent condition. The sizing of the garment was accurate and helpful in deciding if the garment was the correct size for me, as all companies differ in their sizing. I like the fact that postage is free and delivery was quick. Will be my go to choice when needing new clothes.

I have ordered from this website 5 times now. Their clothing quality are immaculate.Literally nearly new. All the footwear are also in such great quality, again nearly new.
