Impressive customer service. A part of my stroller broke, and when I contacted them to request the replacement piece, they sent me a brand-new stroller!
Aside from that, I consider it the most comfortable one I’ve owned—very comfortable, reclines a lot, and it’s lightweight. A great purchase. 😊
The stroller is very lightweight and I really like how compact it is, which makes it easy to use and travel with. However, the shade could be improved—it feels a bit flimsy and is smaller than I expected. I also wish there was more storage space for carrying essentials.

The stroller was shipped quickly, fairly easy to put together and now that it’s together, i just love it! I knew i liked it, that’s why i ordered it, but having it in front of me confirms it. The green color is perfect, it rides smooth, transitions to each position easily and i love the adjustable handle height! All in all a positive purchase and money well spent. 😊

Scammy company. They do not have clear return policies.
We bought a stroller that is supposed to fit a 50lb toddler. Our child is 17 mos, 30 lbs, and her head is taller than the seat. She’s also average length/height. I told this to CS and they said they can do a partial refund as “gratitude” for making the purchase.
