I purchased two of these beds and the trundle! They arrived extremely fast! My husband is a union carpenter and he was impressed with the quality of the wood and finish. We put them together in no time! I honestly could have put them together on my own! We have four very energetic boys and when we get a bigger home I plan on buying two more! They are perfect!

Shipment came fast and with all parts. The instructions were easy to follow and quality seemed very good. Customer service was great and easy to get a hold of for some shipping questions.

Would buy from again.

Our shopping experience with Mom's Bunk House was great. We got $100 discount from talking to Kristin on the phone (the coupon code didn't work while placing the order online.) They shipped out our order the next day! However, the delivery got several days delayed from the freight company. After talking to Kristin and the manager of the freight company, we finally got our shipment. It took us total of 2 weeks to get this order. We're happy with our bunk bed though, good quality and good price.

Seller was very responsive when I e-mailed to ask where I might find a mattress to fit the futon. Price of bed was very, very low. The drawback--about 1/3 of the slats that go under the two mattresses have knotholes that caused them to crack within the first 48 hours of use--and my son only weighs 40 pounds. We've had to replace them with better lumber.

Its okay but made of thin pine boards and doesn't stay together very well. worth about 100.00 in my opinion. looks like cheap made in China stuff.

Placed the order, delivery was very quick. Assembly was simple. The grandchildren love it. Good quality, for the price that was just right.

They sent a whole new dresser to make sure it all fit right.

I searched for months for the bunk bed I wanted for my boys. I wanted beds that would separate and had a tilted ladder. Although the first beds shipped were someone else's, the issue was quickly and painlessly resolved. Excellent customer service! We are so happy with our purchase of bunk bed and dressers (that match the bed!).

We were impressed with the customer service and quality product offered by Mom's Bunk House. Price was very competitive, product was delivered carefully (no scratches, etc) and our girls love the bunk beds!

This was my worse online purchase ever. MOM's Bunk House claims free shipping on purchases over $99. There was never a clause that it only included certain locations. During check out, I discovered that shipping was going to cost me over $100. Nevertheless, I paid it because I needed the bunk bed. The next day I receive an email from MOM's Bunk House telling me that they could not ship to my location EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD ALREADY TAKEN THE PAYMENT FROM MY ACCOUNT. I, then, told them to immediately refund me the money to which they replied that it could take up to 7 business days. Mind you, this purchase was over $1,100. Within an hour, my card information was used fraudulently within the same area MOM's Bunk House is located in. I was down another $500 on top of the $1,100 they had already taken for my purchase. I called them once again to inform them of the fraudulent charges on my card. They denied that it was their company and my information must have been stolen from somewhere else. That is highly unlikely as I only used my card for that purchase and was the first purchase on that card in over a month. Additionally, I live over 7,000 miles from their location and my card was fraudulently used within 50 miles of their location.

This incident happened 2 years ago. Today I receive an email thanking me for my purchase. WHAT?! I thought this incident was done and over with. You bet your boots I will be checking my account multiple times a day for the next month or so.

Mom's Bunk House was fabulous from the get go. I called directly with questions and was met with a kind, knowledgable and helpful voice. When a couple of pieces arrived and were a bit banged up (issue with the shipping company, not MBH) they were quick to resolve the issue and send out each item again, at no additional cost. The items arrived in perfect condition. True professionals from start to finish.

We bought this bed about a year ago for our 10 year old daughter. It has held up well and looks very nice a year later. Took my husband and I both to put it together and it was easy enough to follow the directions. It is a big piece of furniture so it took awhile. My daughter enjoys the desk and the little space underneath to read in. A good buy for us!

This bed is of the highest quality wood and is extremely durable. We bought it for my 6 year old's room and it get a lot of wear and tear. It has stood the test of time over the last 8 months and we could not be more pleased. You will love this bed!!!

I was very nervous and skeptical about or ding bunk beds on line without being able to see and touch them in person but my grandchildren were coming and had outgrown the temporary sleeping arrangements we had been using. The beds arrived on time, the delivery men were polite and professional. My husband is an excellent handyman and I can read directions like a champ, so we got the beds put together with no issues - or missing parts! Thanks to Mom's Bunk House the grandkids and puppies love to come to our house. The beds function well, the drawers are great to have, the built in steps make us feel less stress about the toddlers and as a bonus, they look so nice! So glad I ordered them.
