HORRIBLE COMPANY! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

1. Material is so cheap. Unlike the one shown in pictures (which seem to be stolen from other websites)
2. Only has 5 star reviews (which are also stolen from other) and when I try to post a one star review, it never gets posted which is very shady.
3. The measurements are completely off.
4. Nowhere on the website does the state that they have to be shipped back to China I don’t mind shipping with the United States, but it does not make sense to send it back to China on my own cost.
5. Customer service is terrible. They keep trying to persuade me to keep the item for 15% or 20% compensation, which does not make sense because the dresses of no use to me and there’s no point in me keeping the dress with me.
6. I’ve even taken measurement pictures and sent it to them and they keep making excuses about how what they sent me is correct and that they will not be paying for shipping it back and I should rather just keep the item and take their 15% compensation.

The quality of the dress was terrible. It was very thin and looked nothing like the picture. I emailed them to see how and where to return it. They offered a refund if I returned the dress to China on my own dime or a discount if I kept the dress. It would have cost me at least $23 to return it vs getting $17 back. I accepted the $17 back to avoid having to file to go to UPS. Please do not waste your time on this company.

The dress looks NOTHING like the picture. Its like a see through table cloth, laughable actually. And the return policy is a lie-they do not refund you unless you ship it back to CHINA. My bad, never again.

Dress came in time, great material and it didn’t take long even when I ordered last minute. The material was great and was stretchy and comfortable enough for my pregnant belly 🩷

I tried to place an order for a dress and it would not go through, I was keying all of my information correctly. This is an International Company.

Horrible experience. Website is very misleading. My dress did not fit and when I contacted them to return I was given two options: keep the dress and receive a 15% refund or pay for shipping back to China and receive a full refund. Shipping is roughly $40. I shipped this dress back in September and provided them with the tracking information. It’s now November and I still have no refund. I emailed them about it and their only response was wanting to know what part of my body the dress was too small on? Like come on. Worst customer service. Worst policies. Do yourself a favor and never buy from them.

I ordered 3 dresses from this website. All not fitting quite right. I read the return policy before ordering and it seemed to be easier to return therefore I wanted to give them my business. When I got my package I tried to request a return, and they said I can pay to ship it back or get a 15% refund. Note they wanted to ship it back to China which from the states it is a very expensive fee, and in the emails they suggested that I just take the compensation fee. It was very much a scam and I would never order from them again.

So misleading. I looked into their return policy beforehand. I checked their business location. I understand that returning goods would be at my own expense but I didn’t realize I would have to be sending it back to China. When I looked up their location, it says CA, USA which would have been a lot cheaper for me to send it back to! And my only other option is to keep the items for only 15% back?? That’s insane. The clothes I ordered are such poor quality and completely see-through. And definitely not worth the price.

I had the best experience with momyknows.com. I was worried about ordering a dress online for my baby shower but I’m so glad I did. Everyone loved the dress and it was so comfortable. The dress was form fitting in all the right places but not tight and uncomfortable around the belly. It was still stretchy. I got so many compliments! I went with a large just to be safe since I ordered it a month in advance and that was the perfect size. The website it’s true to size and I had no problems communicating with the staff if I had questions. I would recommend them to anyone!

I ordered a two piece outfit for maternity photos I paid $100 and when I received the outfit it was so see through you could not wear any sort of bra or pasties. I tried to get a refund and the company’s customer support was horrible. I do not recommend do not waste your money!!!

Do not buy from here!! I wish I did more research before purchasing from here. dress looks nothing like the picture the quality is so cheap for the price I’ve received better quality dresses from SHEIN in order to return you have to pay shipping cost to send back to china I’ll never buy anything from here again they’re just taking your money

I ordered 2 dresses to the value of $99.
Nice dresses but don't fit.
These are not maternity dresses they are selling. I believe the dresses being sold are pre-pregnancy sizes.
I am processing a refund.ATM. sigh.
Gave me two options. Send the dresses back to china at my own cost. Or get 15% compensation of what I paid.

Ladies don't bother buying from this company and save your money. Try Amazon instead.

DO NOT…I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. It’s temu quality. Paid extra for an item to be expressed shipped. It’s been 2 weeks. I just looked at the tracking - it’s been sitting in another state for 4 days! Trash trash trash company. If you wanna get ripped - go for it.

Still waiting on this company to reach back to me to process a return through email. They respond to these reviews saying they are reaching out and don’t actually respond back to your emails!

I spent $360 for various maternity dresses and was disappointed in the material and sizing. Nothing worked for me. I have sent multiple emails as well as reached out through what’s app as mentioned on the website for a refund (knowing I will likely have to pay for return shipping). I can see that they have read my message but have still not responded.

If I could give these mfs 0 stars I WOULD!!!!! I purchased a baby shower dress and it did not fit and the shit was so itchy!!!!! I tried to return it but they are trying to make me choose option two, which will only give me 22 dollars of my money back when I paid 90 dollars for this dress !!!!! I’m pissed and will be suing these people!

Horrible website!!! I bought the item and when it came it was completely unwearable and had a strange odor to it. They offered a refund only if you pay for shipping costs to china which is equal to the price of the dress. Horrible customer service and horrible website for trying to to take advantage of pregnant women.

Return policy is horrible. You must pay for shipping back to China. Also, quality of clothing is horrible and sizing is totally off. Total scam of a website.
