A big thanks to their customer support!! There was an issue with the tracking link I couldn't find my parcel, I thought it was a scam at first but thankfully the staff reassured me that it would come up and that I would be able to see tracking movement. I waited a bit and not long after I had contact with them it got fixed. Thanks again for the help!

I've had bad online shopping experiences in the past and am very cautious nowadays. But i must say that i'm happily surprised about how smooth everything went while ordering from Mona Boutique but the thing i woudl want to see is faster shipping. Takes a while until it gets delivered. Apart from that minor issue there’s nothing else to say... Great job! Will buy again

Sadly the sizing was off. I ordered shoes but they didn't fit which is a shame, they were smart and I was looking forward to wearing them.

I like the design of the V-neck top it's classic and the material is soft, definitely not that thin see through fabric you get elsewhere. Packaging was tidy , delivery speed was OK, but I’m probably going to exchange it. Even when talking to support about it, it still is a bit tighter in the shoulders than I would like. I must say it's a bit of a hassle but oh well... the quality itself is decent enough.

It is utterly difficult to find nice jeans that actually fits on the waist. I was very pleased to find that Mona Boutique's jeans did fit. They also did skinny and slim etc. I bought two slim two skinny and they looked nice and felt good and were a good fit. Sadly after about 15 or so washes the material didn't keep up and the knees bagged. I do like the fit, but it’s not really practical to have to replace them every few months

The only complaint I have is about the shipping times quite frankly. It took a while, much longer than I expected and am used to. They really should fix that. It's a shame because I would have continued ordering from this store

Happy with the striped long sleeve I ordered. While service was helpful when I asked about sizing, it felt like shipping took a bit too long. That was the only downside to be honest... I'm giving it 4 stars.

Their cardigans are lovely quality, feels soft but still well made. It came neatly packed and in perfect condition. Had a wonderful shopping experience am definitely ordering more from Mona!

I’ve been struggling lately with finding the right fit, it feels like everything is hit or miss compared to a few years ago. I finally got lucky at Mona Boutique. I ordered two pairs of their high waist jeans and they actually fit my waist without that annoying gap in the back. Usually i have to return everything but these are solid!
