The worst company I have ever purchased from as I purchased a pair of jeans on the 10th of August and they only delivered 11 days later with the order that was sent was the wrong colour and size and now 17 days later they are still reviewing and not responding to the many emails and messages I sent them avoid this company at all costs one of the worst ones online

I ordered two of these shirts for upcoming client meetings to refresh my work wardrobe. The fabric quality is impressive and they survived the first wash without losing their shape. My main issue is that the collars are incredibly stiff right out of the box. They actually rubbed my neck a bit uncomfortably during the first few days of wearing them. They have finally softened up after a few washes, so they are fine now, but the break-in period was slightly annoying. Good shirts otherwise.

Having received my order eventually, I was very disappointed. Quality of the Harrowgate Autumn Fleece did not look anything like the photo. It was a cheap shiny material and the neck trim was printed on the material. My second item was slightly differenpt in colour and buttons cheap looking
I've emailed the company three times requesting a full refund. First on the 10th March, the date I received the items, then the 11th and again on 13th. I have still not received a reply to any of these.

Absolutely rubbish,if you got any sense don’t go near,paid for two pair lounge trousers and waited for the tracking that never came, I’ve sent at least five emails asking for help,no answers ; ;looked for phone number haven’t found one I can only presume they don’t look at their mails and don’t care, in the end contacted my bank who thank god refunded me
