I booked an appointment and when I turned up the building was locked and no one was there. I called the number on the website and emailed but still, a week later, I have had no response.

So unfortunately I can’t comment on the actual service as my appointment never came to fruition!

My second round of treatment from Monarch Ear Care was as careful and thorough as before. Everything explained in detail and it was a pain-free, unhurried experience which has helped my hearing enormously. Highly recommended.

Amazing service! I didn’t realise how bad my ears were, What a difference! I can now hear bird song that I haven’t heard in a long time. My ears are now completely clear. Conversation is now much easier being able to hear everything that is said and knowing how loud to speak.
Katy is very thorough and explains everything in a way that makes it easy to understand, her knowledge of everything to do with the ear is amazing.
I would highly recommend this service to anyone who has problems with hearing.

Katy is a very pleasant and friendly young woman. It was my first experience of microsuction. Katy explained what it was very thoroughly, what she was going to do and what noises I would hear. If I needed her to stop, she stopped instantly. All in all it was a very relaxed experience with a consumate professional.
