Extremely Disappointed with Moncler - Avoid at All Costs!Didnt receive my ordered items in full…

I am writing this review to share my incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with Moncler's online shop. As a regular customer, I expected much better service, but what I encountered was nothing short of a nightmare.

Order Issues:
I placed an order worth €370,- over a month ago, and I am yet to receive my product. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue, I have been met with nothing but delays and unprofessional responses from Moncler's customer service team.

Unacceptable Delay:
I have been waiting for over a month for my order. The delay is completely unreasonable, and there has been no clear communication on when I can expect my product or my money back.

Passing the Buck:
Moncler has repeatedly tried to shift the responsibility onto me, asking me to contact the carrier regarding the delivery issue. This is not my responsibility and demonstrates a severe lack of accountability on their part.

Unprofessional Service:
The way Moncler has handled this situation is extremely unprofessional. I have had to constantly follow up, and each interaction has been more frustrating than the last. It feels like they are deliberately making the process difficult in the hopes that I will give up.

Legal Rights Ignored:
According to EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), I am entitled to receive my goods within the agreed delivery time or within 30 days of purchase. Moncler has blatantly ignored these rights, leaving me with no choice but to consider legal action.

No Resolution:
Despite returning the original packaging and delivered items as requested, there has been no progress. Moncler now has the returned item, yet I am still out €400 with nothing to show for it.

Final Thoughts:
Moncler’s service is appalling. They have shown no regard for customer satisfaction or legal obligations. I strongly advise against purchasing from Moncler's online shop. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this brand altogether.

If I do not receive my product or a full refund by Friday, I will be taking legal action. Moncler needs to step up and resolve this issue immediately.

Poor client services and returns assistance

Poor service from what is supposed to be a designer brand.

I dropped a return to a local UPS access point. I used Monclers own returns label.

The order has not left the access point for five days. I contacted Moncler and was told to contact the access point myself!

Absolutely no help was offered! Considering this is their own returns label and courier, this is appalling inconsiderate service from Moncler.

I will never purchase from them again.

WORST COMPANY EVER

WORST COMPANY EVER. you spend here hundreds or even thousands of euro's and they simply spew on their cliënts with their arrogance. Within a few days I did order 2 times and they took my whole day because 2 times they don't give me the right requested package and every collegue says something else. Now they don't even pick up the phone once they recognize your number. Amateurish low key brand is what moncler became with their trash customer service while we spend a lot of money at their products.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever.

I ordered in December 2023.

It has been nearly 6 months still no sign of a refund for the items returned.

Keep being told it is being investigated. Spoken to UPS they have had NO contact from Moncler and even went out of their way to contact Moncler with no response. Absolutely shocking service from the top to bottom. I would not recommend to anyone. I am still awaiting a refund and chasing every day for an update.

Never buy here again

On March 4, I ordered a jacket from Moncler.
Still not satisfied and returned the jacket on March 8 with the return label provided.

Meanwhile, it has been taking over 1.5 months before I should get my money back? Promises are made that are not kept. The investigation would only take 20 days, meanwhile we are over 40/50 days further.

They keep saying they are working on it but don't want to come up with a solution.

I provided Moncler with all the information they needed during this process.

I would recommend everyone to never buy anything here if you are not yet 100% sure you will keep it.

If it was possible to give 0 stars...

I bought a Moncler jacket less than six months ago, which now has a minor tear on the back after getting caught on something. Having supplied Moncler's customer services with a litany of evidence and proof of purchases, I was told that they couldn't do anything to fix the issue because it would tarnish the "esthetical pureness" of the product. This is funny because their "aftercare" portion of the website states that they seek to "ensure your item always looks its best" and "allows you to get the most from your items". Essentially, this "aftercare" service is to rectify manufacturing issues, so their own mistakes, and should be labelled as such. It certainly is not there to actually support the customer following a purchase. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

I PURCHASED 2 COATS AND A PAIR OF BOOTS SPENT $2,000, Once i got home i realized they were not the same size. I have contacted the store multiple times without success. The phone line at the location is never answered. I have emailed the store manger multiple times, spoke with clients service multiple times and made a complaint. FINALLY receive an email
from the store manager in Woodbury commons stated she would send me a shipping label to ship back boots. SINCE THEN NO RESPONSE!!!!!! This is extremely unacceptable and unprofessional customer service I’m receiving from such a high end brand. AFTER READING SEVERAL REVIEWS IM CONVINCED THAT MONCLER DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMER/SERVICE I JUST WISHED ID READ REVIEWS PRIOR!!!

Product quality of the Larue Chelsea Boots would best be described as marginal. This product is completely overpriced. Customer service if returning an item is abysmal. They could be and waited for 15 plus minutes and she never came back on the line
Called again and got another woman again
Saying where they were and she said not there after another 5 minutes
Walked all the way over in 90 degree heat
And they were exactly where I said
I am in my seventies
These two women must be the laziest and rudest people I have ever met

Terrible coat, it’s not waterproof it’s not wind proof either. It’s just a terribly expensive coat with a badge. There are very few upsides to it, in fact I can’t think of a benefit of the coat.

Don't buy a Montcler jacket

I bought a Montcler jacket in 2021 which is now going up in many of the stitching. I have complained to Montcler who has refused on the grounds that they are holes caused by wear and tear. Honestly I'm 62 and don't crawl trees, it's just lousy quality. When visiting a tailor to whom Montcler has referred, I was informed that they had seen this problem quite a few times before and that all there is to do is sew a ribbon on top of the stitching.I have never owned a jacket that has broken so quickly and the price 1400 Euro is completely ridiculous compared to what you get for your money. One only gets disappointed by the poor service, poor quality and poor durability. A good piece of advice. Don't bother buying that rubbish.

Not refunded for item

Despite having made so many contacts with the customer service team, I am still waiting for a refund for an item which I returned 4 months ago using UPS. Well-known brand, solid quality

Not a bad brand, and most of all I like their vests for fall.
They're made of polyester with some kind of a insulation, so it's the best choice for rainy days. The material is waterproof and windproof, meaning that you shouldn't bother about hypothermia especially if you wear warm hoodie beneath.
I also once had their down jacket and wore it in winter, but the price was very high for me, thus I decided to resell it after a season.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. I spend over £2000 on a coat only to be told the cover would be sent to me which never arrived. Sloane street have still not contacted me despite three emails to head office. I will never buy from Moncler again. Disgraceful to treat customers like this.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service! My boss purchased several items online - one pair of shoes did not fit properly (too small) and another pair were off color. She returned them both - the too small pair were sent back to her saying "there was no QR code" which is a little post card in the box along with all the paper and packaging material. Never worn - all tags attached but no QR code so therefor she is stuck with them? It doesnt matter if you have your order number receipt the actual product in the box - if you dont have that QR code you are doomed. They talk like robots - "with no QR code i cant do anything" over and over again! I asked to speak to a supervisor as hopefully I could talk to someone with an ounce of reason - nope "for something like this it doesn't require a supervisors assistance" What?? WOW! I am shocked at the unprofessionalism of this company.. its a shame because the product is beautiful, their customer service isn't worth it. Never again!
