Absolute scam, I wish I had known sooner. I ordered in JANUARY and then multiple months went by without any progress, the order being marked as "processing" the whole time. I've sent literally dozens of emails and messages with about 90% of them being straight up ignored. The few they did respond to were full of excuses and claims that my package was just getting processed through customs and that I'd receive the shipping information "soon". Never once did receive anything. It got to a point where they'd only respond when I mentioned reporting them or directly calling out their scamming and it'd be the same excuses and lies in the response. They're currently back to just straight up ignoring me after I expressed them issuing me a full refund. I’ve already reported them once and plan to do it again, as well as pursue legal action if necessary to get my refund. DO NOT BUY

I placed an order for the Advanced Potions Textbook at the end of November 2024. The order was never processed and I never received the book, so after approximately three months I tried inquiring first via email. Never received any answer. Then I wrote them via Instagram and they replied fast at first, promising to look into it and to start a dispute with the warehouse. We kept writing back and forth, without then giving me any actual information about if I will receive my book and when. Just promises they will let me know. Then after Easter in April they simply stopped responding. I wrote another email and also said I would like a refund, if the book cannot be delivered, again no response. So after more than 6 months I have no book that I paid for and no money back, but also no more information than I had in November. Sadly, I didn't see these reviews before I ordered, otherwise I would not have trusted them. Terrible customer service and a very weird avoiding that one cannot trust after such a long time trying to solve what should be an easy problem to solve - either find out what happened and send me my book, or refund me the money. Seriously, why do you just ignore my nessages if you claim you want to do a good business?? Solve my case then, PROVE your words, not just make statements! Very disappointed and have proof of all messages we exchanged. I feel scammed.

Update: I sent another email, like they asked me to in their reply to the review. No answer at all.

Commande passée le 30 mars. Sur le site Internet ils disent qu'il faut attendre entre 3 et 10 pour que la commande soit envoyée. Au bout d'un mois sans nouvelle je les contacté une première fois par mail sans réponse. Deux semaines après, deuxième mail sans réponse non plus. Il aura fallu un commentaire laissé sur l'une de leurs publications Instagram pour qu'il me recontacte en me disant qu'ils vont revenir vers moi et aucune nouvelle... Puis après une relance de ma part ils me demandent de leur envoyer un mail... Aucune nouvelle concernant ma commande que je ne verrai probablement jamais... Ils suppriment tous les commentaires négatifs de leur compte Instagram... J'aurai pu comprendre s'il y avait eu un soucis et qu'ils l'avaient expliqué mais comme je n'ai aucune explication je pense juste que c'est une grosse arnaque...

I have placed my order on the 30th of march. On their website it says that the orders take 3-10 days to be dispatched. After a month without any news I tried to contact them a first time by e-mail and I have received no answer. I tried a second time a few days after and still nothing. I had to write a comment under one of their Instagram publication for them to reach via message on the social media, only for them to tell they'll try to reach to the Warehouse and see what's happening but after a few days still nothing. After I sent yet another message they asked me to sent an e-mail!!! This makes no sense at all. To this day I have no news or explication about my order that I probably will never see. They are deleting every comments that are mentionning that they a scam on their socials. I could have understand if they were facing issues but since I have no news from them I just think they are big scammers. Don't bother ordering from them!!

Very disrespectful, known for scamming people. Still waiting for my refund. Will probably never get it, because they are known for being deceiving and stealing.

Paypal knows about them and their scams too.

Never received my large order of almost €1000. I tried to contact “mondomago.it” several times, they only responded once saying that I had to be patient a little longer because all the products are handmade and they would get back to me. They didn't contact me and only after reporting to PayPal was there a response that the order would be shipped in a month. The order was never shipped and then after six months I had to contact PayPal again to get my money back.

At the bottom of the website it is shown that PayPal can be used, but this is currently not the case. As long as it is not possible to pay with PayPal's buyer protection, I strongly advise against purchasing, even if the products look very nice. The risk of losing your money is simply too great!

Everything is completely documented and can be proven if necessary.

I waited a month and a half until I first sent an email asking about my order, in the same time since my order was placed at least twice in the Instagram story was claimed that all current orders were completed and would be shipped today...

After they said they would contact me the next day about what didn't happen, I waited another week until the next email, which was not responded to, then asked again by email a week later, no response...

The first message to PayPal came two months after the purchase, and they then replied, that the order would be shipped at the end of the month, which was about a month away. During this time there were further stories on Instagram that all orders and also that all those with a delay were now out. Order wasn't sent, waited another month, another email, no response, a month later another email, no response. Then two weeks until PayPal buyer protection ends, tried to contact twice more, no response.

New message to PayPal no response from “mondomago.it” the refund was made by PayPal not the seller!

Scamming is all they do. There are several people they have scammed and betrayed over the years. They use different names, and different sites. (Etsy, their profiles got deleted, they made new ones) Do not trust them.

They'll most likely be reported to WB soon enough.

Editing this after your message. I've waited half a year, reported you to Paypal and the police just to get ONE PART of my order. Then nothing. I've contacted you every few days to get my order, but you keep acting like nothing's up. One year and still an item is missing that you claim you sent but never actually did, then you say you'll send it and suddenly it's already been refunded.

If Trustpilot needs proof, I have several screenshots I can provide, I had to screenshot everything you sent me because you guys are the least trustworthy people I've ever bought from.

Editing to add that they will steal your money, then lie about refunding the item to keep you waiting. Again, don't tell me I'm lying when I have a folder of proof of you scamming people. It is quite disappointing really.
