Two orders now, months apart and both had major issues
First delivery, half of my order, huge box, was delivered to my lobby. With no notice, the second half arrived awhile later and again left in the lobby. They refuse to bring it up and I walk with a cane!! Today I got an email there was an issue and my delivery, it wouldn't be coming. Checked all my info and it was fine. After a lengthy hold on the phone, they first confuse this order from the first larger order. I had to cut the order by half since I had to lift it up the 3 flights to my apartment. Wait forever on hold to be told they ran out my cats brand at their warehouse..... and none of their stores in Montreal will "deliver it!!"
Talk about a misnomer for "Customer Service" Now I am stuck in pain with food to last until tomorrow and they offer no resolve whatsoever! 😔
