All of my expectations were thoroughly met this being my fifth transaction with Monex.

- Account Rep was friendly, knowledgeable and moved right along with the process;
- email transactions with the IRA Specialist were smooth and quick;
- markups were reasonable compared with my dealings with other brokers;
- Initial new customer call to completed purchase in less than two hours (very smooth and quick);
- can't understand why I haven't worked with Monex for SDIRA purchases before - I use Monex.com daily to check Am Eagle and spot prices.
