I only had one problem I applied my new over 3 years then changed my mind to 2 years the lady said I couldn’t change it but sent me a helpful email saying how to pay loan over the 2 years even though signed over 3.
She was putting in a complaint on my behalf

Good experience but there was a gap
for starters, my application was completely online and initiated from Experian App.
All good so far, used openbanking to connect my current account, was emailed to ask if I could connect another account which I obliged.
Then nothing.
So, after 10 days I chased it via a phone call and was helped very quickly.
From there it was easy, but the lack of contact was why I dropped the star.
