Very unclear what is being funded. They claimed Seascape was German residential development but failed to mention it was just one property and then managed to lose ownership so from a 8% return, all investors lost everything
Having invested with this company and grown my investment they seem reluctant to let me access my investment and withdraw funds. I have tried to contact them by phone, but now get directed to email. No one answers. The online withdraw function conveniently greys out the withdraw button. Next stop FSA or Financial Ombudsman.
Poor customer service. After trying several P2P services I can honestly say this is by far the worst for customer service.
