Tried to open an ISA account well before the deadline for the year just gone. Filled in the details on my laptop. System came back with a message saying checks were being done, we'll be in touch. Waited, waited, waited! No response. Tried to open an account on the app with a different email. Same again...wait, wait, wait! No response. Emailed them. Got an email back after a couple of days...upload verification document...did so...and then, 'CHECKING...we will be in touch'. Never happened till after the deadline had passed!

Excellent customer service team are quick to answer queries (or direct them to specialist team if appropriate). Very helpful and do what they say they are going to do. Nothing but praise for the team!

I am now into week 3 of transferring my Online ISA to Moneybox. It was claimed transfer can be done in 15 days. Upon investigation by me, apparently Moneybox have not sent across a Transfer Authority Form.

I'm now in a back and forth between my previous provider and Moneybox that I need to manage. Previous provider claiming to have responded to request the Transfer Authority Form, Moneybox claiming they haven't had anything.

I thought Moneybox wanted my money? Very poor experience so far. If this isn't completed by the end of this week, I'll take my business elsewhere.

I am making a house purchase (due to move in on Friday) and my solicitor requested and updated link from them last week, with no response…. I have messaged for the last 4 days on the chat box, with no response, I have emailed, with no response and I have called, with no response.
I’m now sat on hold and still haven’t had a single person help…..
really really poor and does not help with stress levels of a house move.
I’d really take this into consideration if you are looking to use MONEYBOX for a LICA

Simple way to invest in a competitive ISA. Easy application and process. Very happy with things so far.

A good company offering a good rate for an easy access cash ISA. Website not the easiest to work through and after I had deposited my funds I wanted to check the money had arrived so logged in. But having done that got to a page that offered me 3 ways to deposit instead of taking me straight to a 'Home' page where I could see my account. Emailed customer support about this and got a positive reply back. Meanwhile I found that by clicking on one of the options to deposit funds I was then directed to a page which confirmed my deposit. Support took on board my suggestion about simplifying the website. I hope it gets thro to the suits.

Joined moneybox too transfer my isa over due to the competitive rate offered. Very easy process, nicely laid out app and has lots of other useful features on there too. Am very happy - as long as the ISA rates stay competitive otherwise will be transferring again.

All good so far. ISA transfer in was quick, good interest on saver. Will start investing interest in new S&S ISA.

Used Moneybox last year for our ISAs. Moved the money out for a purchase... came back in this new tax year and wanted to re-open the accounts. Asked on a Saturday morning at 07.52... done within the hour.

So far so good. Opened a cash isa this April. Good rate and easy to navigate. Transferred a cash ISA in which was literally in my moneybox account within 2 days

This actually went smoother than I anticipated. The balance transfer was completed quickly, in fact quicker than advised and I was informed throughout the process.

All went to plan with no issues regarding the transfer of money into a Moneybox cash ISA.

It’s a good investment platform. Not always easy to see what I needed

I found Moneybox from a Money saving expert recomndation on best paying cash ISA’s. I decided to take advantage of the almost 1% better rate than my current provider so downloaded the app and set about the transfer process. This was a piece of cake and despite declarations about it taking up to 15 days within just a few hours the funds were moved. This really was a simple and stress free undertaking and the app is nicely laid out showing clearly your daily interest accrual.
