It was ok, but should start off with custom donation. Some people see $25 first and change their mind. And the taxes make it even worse.

Support number was useless
Package did not arrive. I tried to report the problem using the support contact number provided. Got some joker who would say he just needed one more piece of information he already had. It was obvious he was just seeing how he could keep me sending the same information over and over. I will never contribute to a campaign using MoneyDolly again. I am contacting the contact at the fund raiser and showing them the text conversation.

That persistent info gathering loop has been fixed, and is only meant to quickly gather a users name, order number, and information - such as a missing or damaged product, prior to being forwarded as an escalation ticket to our human customer success team.

Hey Johnnie, any fees or processing are to not pass on technology costs to the group, for partners and payout processing, similar to credit card fees. We want the full donation to go to the group, so we tag that on there. Thanks for your feedback!

The “ convenience fee” should built into the price and your shipping is a bit high! I would’ve ordered if if weren’t for the fees. Instead I simply donated $50.00 and paid a “ convenience fee”
