A very-rude man called from a Mumbai Call Centre impersonating British Gas. When informed that we were not interested, he went into a verbal tirade about wasting his time. Priceless!
We tried to get a quote for electricity supply from this website and were prompted to give our telephone number. A person claimed to be British Gas employer phoned us later and told us the quote from British Gas and attempted to set up a direct debit with us.
In order to avoid being scammed, we asked him to send us an email to confirm the quote. The email never arrived which made us suspect this company is a scam.
In fact, we managed to find the same quote this person told us and we can do it ourselves with British Gas directly online without this company as an immediate.
