I’m sharing this experience as a…warning for anyone considering using a prepaid card

I’m sharing this experience as a warning for anyone considering using a prepaid card from "moneyfellows.com
My card suddenly stopped working completely:

- ATM withdrawals failed
- Online payments failed
- The card became unusable in every way

Customer support repeatedly claimed the issue was caused by a restriction from Banque Misr. However, after contacting the bank multiple times, they clearly denied placing any restriction on the card.

Later, a representative from Money Fellows called me and promised the issue would be solved within 48 business hours. A second call confirmed that the card had supposedly been reactivated and could be used again.

That turned out to be false.

I followed every instruction from customer support:

- Tried multiple ATM machines
- Attempted online transactions
- Sent photos of failed ATM attempts

Instead of solving the issue, the card eventually disappeared entirely from my account inside the app, despite having around 2,000 EGP balance linked to it.

At this point, the only response I continue receiving is:
“Your request is still open and will be handled soon.”

I hope the company provides a clear explanation and restores access to my funds and card immediately.
