Agents tell me to go a store instead of…

Agents tell me to go a store instead of trying to problem solve. Too many transfers to other "specialists" that do not help solve the issue. Out of ALL the staff there, I finally spoke with a lady name Kristen who knew what the issue was and helped me in one minute!!!!!!!
