The contractor are very nice people & hard working

Monitor we're sent to my 86 year old Mum who had mice in her loft. The man that came was knowledgeable, made my Mum feel reassured and sorted the problem, returned couple of months later and job was done and problem sorted. Highly recommended

The service and advice was excellent and the issue has been resolved thanks to a fantastic gentleman who really went above and beyond with ourselves and put neighbours to manage this problem.

I have recently had an issue with mice. Monitor Pest Control sent Lee, an amazing technician! Lee is so professional, arrived in time, offered good advices, did his job very well, cleaned and disinfected what he touched, l will strongly recommend MPC and team to all in need.

We had a rat issue in the house and Monotor Pest Control came to the rescue. They were very informative and meticulous in their work. After the 3rd visit our pest problem was all sorted. They gave us some advice. Very good company.

Lukasz is simply amazing, he has a total understanding of the brief, rarely have I come across such a diligent and professional technician. His attention to detail and his quality of work are second to none.
I had a major problem with mice, he found the problem, removed the kitchen units and proofed all the area under the units, and now I have no more problem. Also he disinfected the areas and I feel everything is now clean and safe.
He works so hard, he was still working at 10pm at night and even though he must have been tired was still smiling and professional.
I would thoroughly recommend Monitor Pest Control.

Very professional service. Owen was very thorough and after several visits I am mouse free. I had previously used another company who were very expensive and didn’t get to the root of the problem. They left and the following day I still had mice in my loft. A thorough look around the outside of my house was also carried out. I am very satisfied and would recommend Monitor.

A first class, discreet service resolved our problem using strategically placed bait boxes. Would strongly recommend them.

Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I was really impressed by how practical Lucasz was and his understanding of pest control but also how much he knows about buildings. The advice I got was sensible and clearly n explained. Nothing is going to get through the proofing he did and he was exceptionally clean and tidy.

Monitor pest control have a colleague by the name of Tony. Tony was very thorough with his investigation and I’m convinced it is his diligence that has contributed to the elimination of the pest activity in our home.

After a tip off from my neighbour I called out monitor pest control to check on mice or rats in loft. They looked outside and soon found a possible place they were getting in. Very informative and explained what they were doing. Will have follow up visit in a couple of weeks. Very good service!
