We were very pleased with this service, from the beginning the communication from admin staff was excellent especially Joy, and the exterminators were all very prompt and professional. I personally met Andrew who was very helpful and reassuring.

Have used Monitor before and so knew who best to call when we found a rat in our garden. The service is prompt and efficient and all staff have been extremely helpful, and polite. The rat problem is now resolved and hopefully it won’t be back, but if it does come back I’ll know who to call. Excellent service . Would and have recommended .

The guy arrived on time, polite,friendly and extremely efficient.

The problem is rats, he baited in areas where our dogs couldn’t get to.

We had an ant infestation in our utility room. MPC chap came round within a couple of days of my initial call and problem resolved within a few days. Very courteous and efficient service from both the chap who called on us and the lady I spoke to on the phone. Would recommend without reservation

All staff were pleasant and kind to talk to. Efficiently sent someone to my property within 24hrs. The person who attended was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly. All actions were done in consideration that I have a young child and dog, made sure they would be safe.

Technician was late, and arrived after 5o’clock- he was very apologetic, these things happen when jobs over run. Despite being late on a Friday he gave us as much time as he needed to get the job done- couldn’t ask for anymore from him. Very happy with the care and attention given. Your representative was determined to find the source of my infestation and it was thanks to his perseverance that he found that source and completely eradicated it.
