I ordered something nearly a month ago and my order has still not shipped. I emailed them to see the status of my order and this was never answered. Terrible customer service

Good experience
Fabulous staff. Well cared for monkeys. A few unpleasant early teens boys, taunting these poor animals. That was dreadful. The effort and care given to the monkeys was wonderful. Such a generous caring and dedicated owner, and staff. They have endured horrendous past lives. Well done to you all.

I placed an order a month ago
I placed an order a month ago. 2 weeks ago I contacted them because i had not gotten a shipping notification. They told me my item had been delivered. Yet I didnt receive anything. I asked them for a tracking number. They said they didn’t have one. Why would they say it was delivered if they didn’t even have a tracking number? They asked me to give them 1 to 2 business days to investigate. I have contacted them every two days and I get the same response. It’s been a month and I have gotten no refund and no monkey. I think this site is definitely a scam.

Website says item ships in 3-7 business…
Website says item ships in 3-7 business days. I placed my order on 2/04, today is 2/26 and the item is still being processed/ready to ship. I have emailed the company 2 emails regarding when the item will ship, and a third email requesting a full refund of $36.98. This company is very misleading and shady. Country of origin is not disclosed either

Accidentally ordered something, contacted them multiple times that day and days after to cancel the order but never heard from them, its been 2 weeks and hasnt even shipped it. if they arnt going to cancel it then at least give me the product
