Ordered Floor vinyl prints. 2 weeks later still no update on the order. Email them but didn't get a response. Phoned them on multiple occasions but another sister company answers and can only "pass on" a message.

I've actually left a 5 star review in the past as my last experience was fantastic. This time however has been the total opposite.
Ordered a banner on 29th August. Website stated "order today and receive your banner by X date" (about 5 days from order date)
3 weeks later still not ready. Every time I call I get through to their parents company, who tries to go through to them but can't get through. The one time they did, the person on the phone was told to see if they could deal with my enquiry. They told me the order would be ready on a certain date and that they would ring me the day before. Yet didn't take an order number or name off me to know what my order was... I can't even get through now to request a refund...

Fantastic experience from story yo finish
Needed a stage banner for my band and needed it pretty quick so looked locally and found these guys.
Ordering process was super easy, got a phone call when it was done from a very friendly member of the team and the quality of the product was fantastic.

Monkey Banners were amazing from the offset. We went to monkey banners with only a weeks notice and a very vague idea of what we wanted. They went above and beyond to help with the design and made every effort possible to ensure we had our banners on time.
I can't recommend them enough.
