Grippy not sticky
Monkey hands is the best grip ever!! Its super grippy and helps when executing new tricks. One dollop lasts an entire pole class and its not sticky, just grippy.

Pine-scented fast grip for silks
I use this for silks. I like this better than powder rosin because it's faster and I don't have to rub my hands together maniacally to get it to stick. It doesn't last as long as powder rosin, but with a little dab and 30 seconds to let the alcohol evaporate, I'm good to go. I got the red bottle and it's medium-sticky. The green one has more stick than I need.
To be honest, a big part of the reason I chose this is the scent. The pine resin scent reminds me of climbing trees as a kid.

I’ve been using Firm Grip for aerial silks since 2008, as my hands are very dry and slippery—especially in winter. I absolutely need grip aid when I practice or perform on tissu. Unfortunately, I can no longer find Firm Grip in France, so I started searching for alternatives.
I came across a high-level aerialist sharing her experience with Monkey Hands Gluey Grip (green) for silks, and I decided to give it a try. Wow wow wow—super strong grip! It works amazingly well for dynamic moves on tissu. I strongly recommend it.
I also tried the Sticky Grip (red), and it's totally great for aerial hoop and certain moves on tissu as well. Monkey Hands really impressed me!
