Monkey Music Vale of Glamorgan has been fantastic for my daughter. We’ve been attending at the Tiny Treehouse for around 18 months since she was 6 months old and I feel it has helped her development and confidence so much. Our teacher, Emma, was so knowledgable about how certain exercises help babies’ development and the consistency with each class meant that she was soon singing and moving along to all the songs. The Tiny Treehouse is an excellent space to meet other parents and for the babies/toddlers to socialise. If a class is ever missed, there is always opportunity to catch up at another session. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Monkey music is great! My baby has been going since 6 months - now 12 and has learnt so much from monkey music I have seen four different teachers and they have all been so friendly and amazing with remembering names! My baby has learnt so many skills from Monkey music and I would highly recommend to any mums!

Would not recommend at all, the class size fluctuates greatly between 3-15 so no consistency, the teacher often forgot my child’s name and confused her for another child who looked “similar” and worst of all, they have charged me months after cancellation without notice! Hartbeeps is much more professional and consistent

Very poor services and teamwork. They are just there to take money from your bank account.

I signed up to one term with monkey music,the class was ok but there were only 3 children in the class...not exactly lots of children interacting. The payment process is horrendous, I provided my card details and they subsequently took a card payment on a monthly basis. Initially I thought this was helpful but it makes it really difficult to leave. Even though you may tell the person who is running the class your intention, this is not sufficient. You have to provide one months notice in advance of your last payment. They make reference to terms and conditions which are hidden in parent zone under 26 points of FAQs. They also send you a reminder of auto renewal alongside a significant number of emails and so you are expected to filter out the one important email out of the rest. When you do locate the auto renewal the reminder is sent 8 days before it happens so you end up having to pay an additional month when you really shouldn't have to. When you attempt to escalate, they hide behind emails, provide poor justification of why it's ok and then continue to argue a point even though the issue was resolved. I've spent my maternity leave attending a number of baby sessions across a number of providers, monkey music is not transparent with it's customers, make it difficult to leave, has a poor website and it's justification is terms and conditions. If you have a great memory and want to read through pages of terms and conditions like your applying for a bank loan monkey music is for you. If you simply want to go and meet some people, let your little one have fun id suggest someone else.

Monkey music is really good. My toddler enjoyed it!
