I ordered last year I never received my order I call them nobody answer,the adresse is wrong because I was there and I find nobody there!!!

I ordered a set of 4 rubber tiles on the 4th of April and never received them (25th April).

Multiple emails : no response
Multiple calls: 1st call was picked up and was told that he will call back in 1 hour. I never got the call. So I called a 2nd time, and got a text message saying that he will call back. I never got the call. I then called a couple of days later but am now directed to the voicemail.

Very unprofessional and I'm now expecting the worst that I will never receive my order.

Is this even a legitimate business?

Update: June 12th, still no response after multiple emails and even decided to cancel my order due to completely neglecting any message.
looking forward getting my money back but expect the worse.

Please protect your stress level and money and don't do business with them.

First and last time I order something from MonkeyXL, my review might be adjusted slightly if I finally received my products. placed an order on 30th of April and emailed multiple times about the status, because the telephone will not be answered.
It is now the 25th of May and still no products, but what worries me even more is that none of my emails are answered and I have the feeling that they completely ignore me.
I personally find this extremely worrying, rude and unacceptable.
