Expensive delivery charge! …
Used this business many times before and usually fantastic until today.
Went in to order £1200 worth of products. Delivery charge was extortionate for 5 miles to my home address this was due to them using a third party delivery company.
Walked away an gone elsewhere!

Fist class service
I was a little hesitant at ordering due to the reviews but they were by far the most reasonable cost on what I wanted. But do you know it’s definitely one of the most reliable companies I’ve used. Excellent communication throughout. And a fast delivery. Their delivery company was also brilliant

Poor delivery service
I placed a order for logs on the 10 th September delivery normally 5/7 days but in busy times upto 15 days , after the 16 th I made contact concerning my delivery was told the crates were in stock and delivery would be organised in the next few days , it’s now 26 th and still no delivery so I cancelled the order and asked for a refund , the office did email me back to confirm refund and then mentioned that the order would not be delivered to and of month , so if you order anything from this company be prepared to wait a month for delivery
I won’t be offering anything from this company again
