I mad the order and then had to change the bed size, and the support team was super helpful!

Excellent materials and service support. We had a problem with the delivery due to the transport company and Mon Lit Cabane solved the issue and re-sent the missing package without charging any further costs.

I have purchased a lot of items from this company. Beds, wall decorations, soft furnishings. Everything is top quality, arrives quickly and the company are very easy to deal with. Have never had a bad experience and would highly recommend.

destination address shared to delivery company is not the same as what i entered in order, that leads to infinite delivery routing. when reached to customer support and shared details about the problem all i got was "Roberto left the chat" without any answers or suggestions.

Horrible customer service, bad attitude and no solution on time

It was really good experience! Have been informed about stage of my order from start to finish. Order was delivered as planned. Really happy of the purchase! Bed was delivered in two packages on same day.
Good quality product made in Poland. Just be aware, if you choose natural wood, as this wood is not covered by any varnish or oil, which I didn’t find too practical for my child bedroom. But after assembling, nice, fresh smell of wood was around my house for weeks!

Would like to add that no tax or duty has been added to my order at all.

I've made an order of 2 beds, on the 4t of Feb 2024. Is as supposed to be delivered by the 18th of March.It was my kids birthday present (they did not get it obviously). Every time I asked about my order I got the very sure answer that I would for sure receive my order... comes the 18th nothing. I ask once, twice, 3 times these people finally tell me they don't even have my order registered!! They haven't made it, they haven't looked into my order all the times I asked... And I did ask a lot! This is beyond bad customer service. So still waiting and they obviously can't even give me a date. (and yes, they did happily charged me)

Although a piece arrived broken, the contact that I had with the company when waiting for my new part was prompt and polite. The cot is excellent quality - very happy.

Delivery was done quick, material is good, the bed is beautiful but the building process was a nightmare. Screws too short, bad instructions ( made IKEA instructions look good) and it took us 3 days to finish due to that.

It looks and smells great. Very well polished materials. Our daughter loves it.
It would be nice if it was delivered faster (took more than one month) and the delivery costs for the accessories are too expensive.

Great Bed, I especially enjoy the height of the upper bed which leaves ample space below.

Only drawback is that the bed slates are not easily mounted, requiring screwdriving the plastic bits holding each slate one by one directly into the wooden frame, questioning the durability of it and chances of replacing a damaged slate. Another system would have made it 5 stars.
