Mono aud is an increasing difficult site to withdraw from making me send photos of my id to make withdrawal and then a picture of my face and when I done that they came back at me with they wanted a photo of both my face and my id in the same photo telling me I only have 15 mins to do it. They took hours and hours to pay out on one occasion i was paid from multiple account, differing amounts with no explanation but I was made feel like if I didn't keep asking I would have just been ignored.
Today I made a deposit and it got tied to a bonus I had spent previous leaving 18c remaining. I deposited 30, maximum withdrawal was 50, with a 30 dollar roll over. I asked could the bonus be removed. I was told no because I had began playing the credits already which after I proved that was wrong they changed the reason to I should have cleared the amount first. I couldn't understand then why the roll over amount had been reset back to zero if I had played credits. They refused to grasp any idea of what I was saying. Previous to this no bonus had been kept after a fresh deposit. The fresh deposits had always reset the play credits to depoisit amount and wiped any previous games bonus requirements.
Customer support has been rude and demanding and increasingly difficult. I will play what credit I have left and remove the website from my nominated platforms to gamble. There are 100 other plateforms that dont have any of these issues and they are all the same games launching at the end of the day. See you later MonoAud.com im taking my money else where.
