I love monograms! I think they are so adorable! I can’t wait to try out the sweaters, especially the one with monogram made to look like a pumpkin!

Just Awful

I had a HORRIBLE experience ordering through this company. Not only did it take 3 weeks to SHIP my item, but it was also "lost" in transit. Customer service is only offered through e-mail, and representatives are not friendly. I recommend ordering through a much more REPUTABLE site.

Crappy products!

After waiting a over a month for my order (the entire time there was never an update on shipping or anything. When I reached out to the company all they could tell me was it was in production.) the personalized necklace I ordered looked like someone pulled on old washer out of their toolbox and engraved the name in it and threw a plastic gem on there. On top of that, because the pendant isn't polished or anything it's rather sharp on the edges. I imagine that could cause some discomfort while wearing it. The company says they don't give refunds on personalized items so I'm stuck with the crappy necklace. It will be going in the trash.

Slow slow slow

I am STILL waiting on an order placed over 5 weeks ago. I cant track my order because my email isn't recognized. When i email them i get the generic...order processing. There goes that Christmas present.

Beware!!!

Terrible company. Ordered Christmas presents over 5 weeks ago and they are literally nowhere to be found.. you can't get anyone on the phone, they can only be contacted they email. The email response is automatic and generic never actually helping you solve your problem. They have directed me to contact ups or usps.. who know which one bc the company couldn't even tell me, I tried contwcting both and neither can give me any information on my phantom package. Christmas is 2 days away.. no package.. no presents and these people are disgusting.

Buyer beware

Bought two engraved necklaces they came on time,but couldn't read names. They said they would fix so I sent back been waiting 5months...still no necklaces! They say either in production when I ask,then when they don't come-delivery schedule disrupted! Now they won't even answer my messages. Definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone!

BUYER BEWARE!!!

Monogram owns the brand charliemcleod.co.uk, where I purchased a onesie recently. As my dealings were with the owner of Monogram, I am posting this review here, in addition to the one left for Charlie McLeod:

It took almost 10 weeks of hassle to get the onesie, after numerous delays. The owner told me the delays were due to problems with their supplier, yet their Facebook page said that all stock had arrived, but gone straight out due to the high level of pre-orders!!!

They don't bother to contact you about these delays, by the way, instead leaving it up to their customers to phone/email them.

They clearly take more orders than they or their supplier can handle, and their dishonesty and dreadful customer service is unforgivable. Such a shame, because the onesie itself seems fine, but I have never had such a bad experience... and I make numerous online purchases throughout the year.

So there you have it: Buyer beware... and if you still decide to go ahead and make a purchase, whatever you do make sure the item is actually in stock before you give them your hard-earned cash!
