2 of the 5 potato skins in the snapps box were black. spoiled? not edible? 2 phone calls to Monogram were nonproductive. wont purchase any of your products in the future and wont hesitate to tell others of this unsatisfactory experience

Poor appliances quality and terrible customer service.
I bought my house with all monogram kitchen appliances and they are all falling apart ..the house was built in 2018.. and just 6 years later the dishwasher is leaking, the microwave table doesn’t turn, the fridge light is out and the oven door fell apart. Above all I called in their service and after scheduling service appointments for dishwasher twice since it had already ruined my island, first one was cancelled and second one was rescheduled on the day of appointment for 2 weeks later without even bothering to ask. I called in their customer service and the lady said we only have one technician and he is out sick and he picked the time when he is back!! I told her this service is expensive for a luxury product you can’t push me around like this at least give a courtesy of rescheduling or show some empathy .. she said it’s only one technician is there anything else I can help u with..
