Same problem as everyone else on here, they took my money ($300), waited for months to receive the product only to be met with emails saying they where experiencing delays, until finally they ceased all communication. Two years later and nothing

Monogram used to be a legit business that produced great midi controllers; I have several of them. However, I ordered an additional module in December 2023 and never received my item. They are no longer responding to emails and their website is down. It seems that for the past year no one has received what they ordered. At this point, they are thieves.

I ordered over $600 of products from this company, well over 18 months ago. They sent emails about delays and keep asking me to stay patient, but eventually they went silent and don't reply to emails anymore, no replies. AVOID!

Like many other customers, I ordered 2 modules from MonogramCC in December 2023 and, as of today (July 2024), nothing has been delivered. Initial support requests receive a wait response due to supply issues. Then they announce delivery within 2 weeks. Nothing is happening. When we ask for a refund, they no longer respond. This is clearly a fraudulent system. Run away from this company!

This company is a complete scam. I ordered my controller in December, and the delivery date was set for February 2024. In February, there was no response, and when I inquired, I was told the new date was April. In April, again no delivery, and another inquiry revealed they planned to ship in June and offered me a free "case." In June, after following up again, the delivery was suddenly pushed to September. I then requested a refund and order cancellation, but since then, the company has been consistently ghosting me, even after I mentioned filing a police fraud report. Nothing. Do not buy from here; you will probably lose your money! Due to the delays, your bank can't do anything after six months, which is exactly their tactic.

I placed my order a year and a half ago and I still haven't received anything. Over the months I've had a series of e-mails, first explaining that the raw materials were out of stock, and then saying that shipments had resumed, but with a long delay. Every 3 months I'm promised delivery within 3 months... but still nothing. Today I want to cancel my order, I'm on my 5th reminder e-mail and I still haven't received a reply!

Don’t waste your time and your money, there are other brands !

Like these other people, I paid for a module over a year ago and have gotten NOTHING but emails claiming the shipments are starting in 4 weeks... then NOTHING, maybe another email claiming again that the shipment will be starting in 4-6 weeks. MEANWHILE, these scumbags post on social media their product and continue to sell it... they are more than happy to keep selling products that they don't ship. This company needs to be investigated and shut down, they are nothing more than fraudsters.

I ordered two expansion modules, almost a year ago, and I keep getting these messages from monogram saying it’ll be another four weeks. Another six weeks, they just keep putting me off and now they don’t reply to me at all, that’s over $500. wasted and they won’t even reply to me. All of their products are on backorder and I feel like the company could be in trouble. So buyer beware if you are going to try and order anything from them because you will probably probably just lose your money.

Claimed my item to be in stock with delviery in 2-3 weeks. Its 2 weeks later and customer services said they are awaiting shipments in.
